WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN AUSTRALIA!

I am compelled to share my recent experience with UPS, and it pains me to declare it the worst delivery service in Australia. My encounter has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by a stunning lack of professionalism and customer care.

To begin with, the company exhibits zero transparency when it comes to communication and tracking. The utter absence of updates is bewildering, especially considering the supposed "attempted" delivery. I reside in an open-door apartment complex equipped with a dedicated delivery box and a telecom system for contacting residents. However, not a single SMS, email, or any form of notification was extended to inform me that my package was supposedly in the process of being delivered.

Attempting to rectify the situation only deepened my frustration. The customer service, or lack thereof, is abysmal. When I urgently reached out to discuss options such as picking up the package from the depot or arranging a same-day delivery, I was met with an astonishing level of indifference. The representative claimed there was "absolutely no chance" of accommodating my request and, to add insult to injury, revealed that the package wouldn't be delivered for an egregious four business days.

This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the evident lack of efficiency are inexcusable. I strongly caution anyone considering UPS to think twice, as my experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and questioning the company's commitment to its customers.

In conclusion, this review serves as a warning: steer clear of UPS unless you're prepared to endure a frustrating and unprofessional ordeal.

Worst postal experience ever. UPS USA and Australia do not share information with one another. According to UPS Australia, they do not have the ability to call international numbers despite being an international company and all representatives I spoke to were not based in Australia. They moved our item to “the abandoned shelf” because we were uncontactable despite the sender calling UPS 3 times to provide our details as well as hers. Our package did not arrive by my husbands birthday despite sending it with plenty of time. Also due to misinformation provided by UPS the sender over-valued our package and we therefore incurred $250 of duty fees. UPS was not at all helpful and kept trying to blame us for this rather than trying to fix the problem.

Pathetic Service. Worst of any Forwarder. Had my parcel for 11 days with no movement, update, explanation, nothing.

Just hopeless.

I have not received my companies parcel or received any communication from UPS except to say it is out for delivery. Online it now says the parcel has now been disposed of and they supposedly attempted to make contact repeatedly. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman. Horrendous customer service!

They did deliver several weeks after arriving in Australia, however I got at least 3 calls saying ups had tried to deliver a parcel and nobody there to sign then thereto message went to an unknown Asian language which I couldn't understand, I rang ups twice and they said I needed a tracking #, I gave them only one I had and they said it didn't help only one I got, maybe if the call was in English and they could have given you me a reference number and it wouldn't have been any ware neer as stressful, I thought it was a scam at first like many un solicited Asian foreign language calls, I was registered for email updates and there was no notification of who was my shipper or reference #, s or tracking for Australia numbers, could have been done lots better,

After reading the reviews was a bit anxious about my delivery. Bought a bike from Canyon Germany to see it bounce through the US, Sydney then Brisbane. At no stage in the tracking was there delays. On the day of delivery got a call from the driver to confirm delivery arrangements. Time taken from Germany to Brisbane address was 7 days. Happy to say a really good experience.

Useless company, unhelpful, miscommunicates on app, messages and then the phone. And I though post offices were bad. Why any company contracts them I don’t know.

Why is everyone so incompetent!? I was home all day waiting for my package and the delivery driver didn't think of ringing my bell!? You have now caused me a massive inconvenience!

UPS are a disgrace. My business has been waiting for urgent parcels due for delivery 3 weeks ago. They sat in Sydney for two weeks before being delayed again in Brisbane for another week.

Awful service.delivery date was changed on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I rang the following day at 2pm to find out what was happening only to be told that the package has been deemed "to big for delivery" (its a pushbike in pieces) not at all big.and when were you going to tell me you couldn't deliver it? I now have to go pick it up but only when they contact me when its ready for pick up. How can it not be ready for pick up? Absolutely pathetic service, a delivery company that can't deliver something the size of a pallet and under 16kg's. No wonder your rating is as low as it is.

I spent the entire day on the UPS website tracking an item arriving to Australia, but there were no updates on the website. I then called customer service in Australia, who basically told me the same thing the UPS website had told me. Then I told him there had been no updates since this morning, that I needed an update for business reasons, and asked if he could assist. I was told that the only way for him to contact QLD is via internal chat, and that the response will most likely come on Monday.
If anyone tries to contact customer service for assistance, they should not waste their time because they are completely useless.

UPS has been AMAZING

I ordered from a company that tried to scam me by refusing to provide correct shipping labels and not refund my money.
Kathryn from Brisbane UPS went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Emailing the company I purchased from every single day for weeks, contacting the office in Great Britain and always checking in to see if they had refunded my money.

It went on for nearly 2 months and Kathryn was so helpful the entire time!
She was generally just such a kind person and so so easy to talk to.
HIGHLY recommend this company and Kathryn as well!

I had to return my order and I went there today by train it takes one hour each side and finally I got there but guy said they are moved to eagle farm now I have to go there again

Keep calling Brisbane number but it goes to Philippines. I was told my parcel was coming today by the customer service in the past three days. I was also told someone would call me within an hour 4 times. No-one called. Tracking told me it would come on Friday. Then Friday afternoon, it was changed on Monday. By Monday lunch time, the system doesn't know when the estimate time of delivery is. It says "as soon as possible". It is only 45 minutes' drive for me to go and collect it myself but without a number to tell them, what chance do I have to collect it?

This is the most disgusting delivery company ever you guys are so selfish and nasty. I am still waiting for my delivery I paid for express shipping from the online store I brought my item from and if I knew you guys were the one delivering it I wouldn't have brought them. You guys have no regards for people and the worst thing is that you guys don't pick phone calls. Worst delivery company ever should just shut down the company should be ashamed to called yourself a delivery company.
