UPPERCLASS Fencing & Security

It is a great pleasure for me to provide a long overdue review of Andrew and Upper Class Fencing & Security. In Oct 2020, they delivered a wonderful outcome for a quite tricky fencing project, including a sliding gate, on a wide and highly sloping block.

Few details about myself. I am a home owner who had gone through an extensive home reno which lasted for almost 18 months. During this long and painful, but also rewarding, journey, I had dealt with large number (50+) contractors in many different trades (concrete, tiling, painting roofing, retaining wall, landscaping, pool builders, etc). Through this journery, I have also developed from a home-owner who only knew to mow the lawn on the weekend to a capable handyman who can build a "very" nice batten fence all by himself.

Based on my revo experience and the large pool of tradies I dealt with, I must say that Andrew and Upper Class Fencing & Security is the number-one tradie that I had dealt with, and beat the number-two tradie by a very large margin. I could not fault them anything, although I had tried to -). They delivered a very high quality and beautiful fencing work and sliding gate at an exceptional price (lots of compliments!). I still cannot understand how they did this! Andrew was exceptionally detailed oriented, and is a great tradie to discuss the work with. He kept me regularly posted of the progress of the work (and of several delays due to Covid impact, which I highly appreciated). He also happily accommodated a number of our requests to the very smallest details possible. The other team members (Matt and Bill) were so friendly, punctual, organized, and were so much fun to interact with. In my opinion, it is so hard these days to come across such a good company like Andrew and Upper Class Fencing & Security.

I have no reservations in recommending Andrew and Upper Class Fencing & Security for your fencing and security needs.

Had a 4.8m sliding gate installed today. Beautifully made and professionally installed. The boys even gave it a full clean before leaving. Very happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

Just had a new fence installed by Upper Class Fencing. Geoff and his team were very easy to deal with and the price was very acceptable. The team had a high level of morale and the joviality between the team was refreshing to hear, my wife said some of the boys could do with a few singing lessons though. Great job Geoff and team, we are extremely happy with what you have provided us. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful customer service and outstanding workmanship. The team at upperclass did some fencing and gates out the front of my house last year and we couldn't be happier.

Andrew and team did a great job making my fence and gate. They were very reliable and very courteous. They always got back to me if I needed to contact them. Quote came through quickly. I love the work they did and it looks fantastic. I score them 100%.

After sitting on the fence (no pun intended) about which of the 4-5 terrible fencing contractors to engage to complete my project, I luckily came across Andrew from Upperclass Fencing.

Prompt, Professional, well presented and quite hilarious, there wasn’t any doubt on which company to engage.

Working to an extremely tight deadline for an incredibly challenging client, not only was the project completed on time and on budget, the workmanship was second to none, as was the employees attitudes towards safety, reliability, punctuality and drive to complete.

Could not recommend more highly, if only every contractor I deal with was as complete as UCF!

Thanks for the quote Andrew, was great to meet you. I am writing this review to express the level of workmanship at Upperclass Fencing. They listened to every detail I wanted with my sliding gate and quality/installation was perfect. Will use these guys again for our next project!

I have only given this one star as I couldn't post with no stars. After having this guy come out two weeks ago and measure up for a fence and three follow up phone calls chasing the quote. I was told twice in the last call that I would have the quote soon. When I pressed as to how long soon would be I was told "don't worry about it I don't really want to do it". No explanation as to why he just hung up on me. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.

I would like to thank the team at Upperclass Fencing for the aluminium screening they installed in our external entertainment area. The suggestion of timber-look aluminium slats has added a low maintenance modern look to our external area. Andrew was helpful with the advice and quote, the onsite team were quick and neat, doing a great job.
