Been there 3 times this year. 2 times they have given me someone else’s scripts, very unprofessional. Went recently, asked if they price match with chemist warehouse and they said yes. Gave me the price which was same as I normally pay. Went to pay and she tried charging me an extra $10. Said she didn’t say that price but the higher price. I left without my medication and went to chemist warehouse and got it for the cheaper price anyway. I asked about another price of medication I was getting. Gave me the price of $115, which she said matched chemist warehouse. I left and went to chemist warehouse anyway, and the price was $89. They all lie in there to get your business. Won’t ever return

Great non judgemental staff. The Pharmacist, was really helpful, better than most Doctors on the Coast. Can’t recommend this chemist enough

Upper Coomera Chempro is undoubtedly a safe and comfortable environment everytime i walk through the door.the range of products combined with the incomparable customer service truly is the reason it is my favourite and designated chemist.

Very nicely organised, and surprisingly a great range of products, staff are very supportive with any health related concerns and the young lady at the counter (Skylah) has great customer service, would recommend!

The middle eastern looking girl that works there is never friendly. Always appears thinking more superior than others. If you're in customer
service business, just think that your shop is not the only place peolle can go to. Also the receipt doesn't show what items I purchased. Just the total amount. Bit suss! I still give one star because the young lad that works there is very nice and friendly. But still, just go to other chemist.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for a number of years. Over this time I have felt that i have become like a family member. They have shown themselves to be committed to the well-being and health of myself and other customers. It takes going the extra mile that proved this. Highly recommended.

Maybe wait until there’s no customers before you commence your “I’m not racist, but…” conversations

I just went in to grab a few things, and at the counter asked if by chance was there any tests. To which the reply “well according to all the signs every where, no! ” So rude! Btw the store is cluttered with signs hanging everywhere, and there was absolutely no need for that rude response, so I decided not to purchase my items and left.

It's been 3 years now that I'm a satisfied customer. The team is amazing always helpful. Great advice and fast service. Great products. Thank you guys for your great services! ️

I have been going to this chemist for many years and got to the various staff, I find them friendly and easy to get along with I enjoy going in just to have a chat. Plus amazing customer service.

This pharmacy is phenomenal! They are the only chemist on the Gold Coast who happily order my son's specialty (difficult to source) medication and are so knowledgeable and kind. They treat us like part of the family, and nothing is ever too much trouble-they even offer to carry our heavy medications to the car for us! This pharmacy always happily price match for us and are quick to suggest cheaper alternatives whenever possible. They are really compassionate and show a real understanding of the challenges that some of their clients face medically. The head pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable (over 20 years in the business) and is really easy to talk and relate to, if you have any questions. I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of this chemist for about six months, and I am extremely happy with their service. I am saving about $35 a month on my prescriptions which makes it a little easier to accept the costs of my medications. I am not great at remembering names, but I would like to give a shout out to the male staff member who is there to greet you at the counter. He is always happy and friendly, and goes that extra mile to ensure my experience at their store is a great one. The customer service from this staff member is at the highest level and needs to be recognised for his effort. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service you provide.

What a joke of a store, looks shocking, charge more than other Chempro, and if you can avoid the women who doesn't wear a badge or uniform I would, she looks like she slept on the porch and waited for the store to open.

Went to get my sons script the girl on the counter took my medicare card. After driving away I realised that the card was never given back to me. So I had to go back though all the traffic at exit 57 at 3.30pm to retrieve my card. This wasted over 30minutes of my time all because the staff seems to have no system in place when giving you your card and script at the same time. Chemist warehouse never forgets. Maybe that is because they put scripts and cards in little baskets so everything is kept together. Maybe you should try it.

The best pharmacy Ive been, the staff is really professional, they really quick they make everything possible to serve everyone ASAP. They listen and answer to your needs. I recommend this pharmacy more than any other one.

Make sure you ALWAYS ask for a "price match" as advertised.otherwise This place is an absolute ripoff.my partner was charged $50 for amoxycillin and panadine fort generic.we didnt know any better until we recently went to get the repeats perscription at chemist warehouse helensvale that the each item was only $5 there.the staff here have a very unfriendly and aggressive attitide too, arguing and shouting at customers as if they dont want anyone to come to their store.avoid at all costs.

I had my make up done here because I couldn’t get into my usual place and they recommended I try here the girl Was lovely but the make up was almost like a practical joke. I got to my car, cried and wiped it off and after spending all that money had to go to my event doing my own make up. My right eyelash fell off in my lap. I never complain but if this prevents someone going through what I did I will.

Amazing staff! Have been there a couple times now and one staff member Celeste was particularly helpful with my enquires about the products and is a great contribution to your store 5 stars for her!
