Myself and daughter had taken my 3 grandchildren 13yrs, 9yrs, 8yrs old to the swimming pool
My grandson has ADHD - no excuses
Both my daughter (37yrs) & I were watching & up & down to the 2 youngest one’s to obey the pool rules no running etc
My grandson with ADHD I put in time out for running & jumping into the pool a couple of times.
. We we’re about to leave and the life guard approached myself and my daughter and said are you about to leave and I replied yes. And I said why & he said I was just about to ask is to leave because of the young fella cause I had spoken to him three times.
I said to the lifeguard that he has ADHD and that we have been watching him, and I even had him in timeout, and he said oh all children run around whether they got ADHD or not.
. My little seven-year-old granddaughter said to the lifeguard,
I was good and he responded to her,
you’re welcome to come back!
What the! My grandson isn’t allowed back!
. We are not like other people just do nothing and not watch the children and it did upset me because we’re onto my grandson the whole time Now we have to find somewhere else to go to take the kids swimming as I don’t appreciate someone like that just single out,
on one child when we had been watching all the kids the whole time we were there.
I’ve seen kids over the years miss behaving way worse at other swimming pools.
And I thought my grandson wasn’t that ex stream in his behaviour.the pool had hardly anyone in it at all, and this was Sunday 12/3/23
lunchtime - we were there a couple hours if that!
Its not a big swimming pool a they had 4 lanes closed off for training.
Mainly older people, what I saw, not many there at all!

I loved the experience at upper coomera aquatic centre lovely staff and the pool was fantastic.

Wow what a lovely experience at our local pool, 28 degrees water temperature, friendly staff including Nadia and Finn we will be back.

Great facilities, friendly & helpful staff, well-maintained pool & coffee shop that makes excellent coffee & breakfasts. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place to go for anyone of any age. I'm going to start Acqua Aerobics very soon and I'm really looking forward to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I signed up for 10 45 minute sessions and I truly looking forward to it. I highly recommend this place to everyone

On holidays from Sydney went there today with grandkids. I'm totally impressed with the place so clean and staff very friendly. Will be back on our next trip

First time here and a terrible first experience. Before I paid I asked if we can use the kids splash area and was told yes.
Went and sat down and walked back to ask where we turn it on to just be told the chlorine levels are too high and not safe. Which is fine but why say yes upon entry. So now wasted money for nothing and left since my child can’t play in the water. So disappointing. They said nothing and didn’t offer anything.

First visit and I was I.pressed at the cleanliness of the whole facility. Plenty of shade, lockers available, tables and sun lounges. There's a Cafe and a water fountain for the longer visit.

Great place to have a swim, especially like that they have walk in ramp with hand rails into the pool for people with mobility issues.

Nice pool but the rules are so strict it takes all the fun out it. I understand the lifeguards are trying to keep everyone safe, but they take it too far there

Due to COVID restrictions be aware that you may have to wait in line at the counter if the pool is at max capacity. Tough job for the staff here. I arrived at 12 on a Saturday and waited about 15min. Had to wait for people to leave the centre for us to be allowed in. Great for a swim with my two young kids. Very popular place. 3 or 4 Life guards in attendance.

Theres this one dude who works there who is just so friendly and funny and at times offers a discount for a big family we love coming here the pool is big and family friendly and shared well with people who love fitness swimming too.

Friday 11.15am class is Physiotherapy Aqua which is perfect for me with an injury to neck and foot. Kirra the instructor is very switched on accommodating to everyone's different aliments. Best instructor I would recommend anyone to join this class. It would be perfect if they added another class. Monday would be ideal.

Absolute joke of a place. Some of the library staff are dismissive, rude to the elderly, their facilities are limited. They need to take notes from the logan library. The aquatic centre charge parents who dont even want to use the pool a fee to enter to supervise their own children. So question to the facilities.if you are not providing supervision or even a life gaurd to facilitate the use of your facilities how can you even charge parents for just doing what a parent does! Watch their kids. This all be the last time i ever attend this joke of place. I have never attended this place and not experienced and issue. Not all the staff are helpful! Some a blatantly disrespectful and their job should be given to someone who atleast like people and the service industry!

Great place for every age. Facilities are spotlessly clean.library, exercises, kids activities, aqua aerobics and swimming. Really friendly staff
