I went shopping for my birthday outfit today and was served by Andre. Exceptional customer service skills, he was incredibly friendly and totally went out of his way to help me in any way possible, giving me recommendations and honest ideas when I was clueless! Without a doubt deserves a raise, not many have the skill to connect with people like he does!

The staff are super friendly, I loved the atmosphere. Maddy is so genuine and really lovely!

Jay was a massive help, so friendly and boosted my confidence immensely will be going back mainly for the customer service.

The two staff members working on 28/02 at around 11: 30am gave amazing service! My friend and I came in stressing about last minute outfits on a time crunch and they were so friendly and accommodated to all our needs! They helped us get exactly what we needed and we can definitely say we can relax

I came with my friend to ask if they had a shirt she was looking for.we were waiting at the desk for maybe 15 mins while 5 of the workers pretended not to notice us and continued singing and dancing and talking to each other.

I’ve been to this Universal a few times now and every time the customer service has been beyond amazing. Everyone is so helpful, and nice. It will alway be my go to Universal store

Friendly and Hardworking Staff especially the second assistant, she had mad vibes and knew her stuff. Chilled and laidback environment with very nice clothes. Big Ups!

I recently went into Garden city and Kyle helped me find the BEST outfits! He was so kind and he actually genuinely cared about helping me find outfits that work for my body. He was amazing!

Probably one of the best customer service I have received at a clothing store. One of the girls was great help with the sizing of the clothing and showed me a few different options to try on. Very satisfied with the customer service I received, will be back soon.

Went in without a clue what I was after, left looking meaner that a hyena! Unsure of her name.tall skinny Bohemian looking girl, she was lovely and an asset to the company.

Absolutely lovely staff. We had to line up outside due to Covid-19 and the fellow checking the numbers worked out what I was looking for and arranged for it to be ready to try on when I got in. Everyone had great knowledge about their products

Very good customer service at Universal Store today. Kawa was very helpful in helping me with open suggestions about what pieces of clothing could suit me. I enjoyed the atmosphere of being served by Kawa today. Also, I have to mention that Bella provided great customer service when I was last at the store. Very kind and willing to help. Overall great service from the staff at the Universal Store at Garden City.

On top of this she went out of her way to make sure the items I purchased were personalised to match my style. This was an outstanding experience and I will defiantly return.
