Jamie and Charlotte were beyond sweet! So helpful in asking what we were shopping for, our sizes and creating outfits for our Taylor Swift experience. Beautiful customer service and would definitely come back xx

Would like to give a shout out to Charlotte and Jenny for excellent customer service and product knowledge during a jean expedition with my friend! We are probably not the target market for Universal but their suggestions and attention to detail was very helpful.

Had the best experience today in store. ALL the staff were so helpful and accomodating, even offering to unpack new stock quicker to allow for trying!

I do not recommend visiting this universal store. Staff do not ever greet or offer help when needed and lady who appears to be the manager accused me of breaking the pants I was trying to return because the zip was broken.

To Aaron with beard and piercings on 26 July. That was the most awful service I have ever received. Rude from the minute I walked in the store and even ruder when I told you I wanted to do a return. I am telling you I only have one card and used Apple pay and you are being snarky saying “well the number is different so you must have” and “come back when you figure out what card you have used” not only should it be common knowledge for someone who works in retail that Apple Pay changes your card details but me showing you the bank statement which shows the same card I am holding should have been enough. I am not usually the type to leave bad reviews but being rude to a customer without reason is awful. I had to show him 4 different things from the card in apple pay, my bank statement, my card in the app and explaining the the numbers below the card are what it changes the number to. I was being treated like a criminal over trying to simple return a crop top that didn’t fit.

I work in retail so I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but sir… this was unacceptable.

First time in history I went into the shop without the whole group of staff jumping at me like animals! Thank you for this peaceful experience.

I love this store and the clothing but every time you go in you get bombarded by staff asking you 500000 questions and acting like you’re their best friend, it’s so bizarre! It’s way over the top and invasive. Perhaps they’ve had some feedback and are calming a bit, thank god:)

I came in a bit ago with my mum! She’s never been to universal coming from a small town, we both had the best experience and help from the amazing team member named chad! He was so friendly and helpful with our shopping trip! Would recommend going here 100% the team were so amazing and bubbly!

My partner and I were visiting for a few days and decided to look around. We heading into this store with no intentions to purchase anything but the staff had been so helpful with sizing and designs that I couldn't help but buy things that I didn't even know I wanted. All three staff members that assisted either of us were polite and patient, couldn't have asked for a better place to stroll upon.

The girls here are amazing - they ask specific questions that really help you think through what you're looking for and then try and find more pieces that might solve your problem. There is no feeling of obligation, but I ended up finding some cream shorts I would have never thought of. Such a gem

The girl clerkers are very enthusiastic, into the shop, I later girl clerk asked me what I need, I told her I want a birthday, want to buy a dress or a suit, then she help me choose a lot of clothes, a dozen gold pieces, and after I put forward more requests have been help me pick, I finally picked out the best three. (Although I like a lot of them, but I don't have the money to buy them all) Although I tried on a lot of them, they didn't feel unhappy and wished me a happy birthday, I was really happy. Come back to this store next time. They have beautiful clothes and excellent staff. (Sorry, I forgot the clerk's name, I only remember that she braided her hair twice today, but thank you very much for your help, love you)

Customer service exceeded my expectations especially as it was a smaller store. Despite the fact that the store was on the expensive side staff was friendly and helpful

Had the best afternoon shopping in Universal today (Wednesday 4th May). Connor was so much fun and such a great help in outfits. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything but left with hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and couldn't be happier. Tori and Maddy were fantastic aswell. Lots of love to you guys

Had the most amazing experience in the store on the weekend. The Best customer service I’ve ever had ever! Was actually so unreal that I had to tell everybody. Maddy you rule!
