I was there today, to get an outfit for my fiancé because she needed something nice urgent and couldn’t go herself because she was working. So I asked a girl for a little bit
of help and she was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately I didn’t asked for her name, but she wore a grey Blazer. Thank you so much again, you helped me a lot and my fiancé loved the outfits!

Love the clothes but the staff are lovely and so helpful. I regularly pass by Annabelle and the manager and they are both great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and clearly enjoy their jobs.

Best service in a long time! Was helped by the hilarious Lyric in the change rooms today, she not only helped style my birthday outfit but had everyone there in a fit of laughter. Will definitely be coming back

Staff are annoying. Last time someone came into my change room and asked what type of jeans i am after and then looked at the tag on one of the jeans i took it to try and see if she could find more like them. I don’t need her to do my shopping for me I am perfectly capable of doing it.

Another business taking advantage of turbulent times.after BEING told that the items could be returned if need, it was discovered that my son had been overcharged. A full priced item being charged 20% more than on the tag. Upon returning the item the following day (this morning) to bring it to their attention, they refused to honor the return option as the item would have been cheaper again with a 30% off storewide. Way to treat locals.

Two sweet sales associates, woman on fitting rooms was kind up until the moment i told her i didnt find anything. COMPLETE 180, went from happy and helpful to basically ignoring me.i understand its frustrating to lose a sale but this just takes away from the good experience i had up until then.went in midday today (9th june 2020)

It’s a good store however the girls there (Though friendly) are way to over involved.when trying to communicate with my wife about clothes, basically took over! I personally think they would be great if a bit more training on just common curtesy is applied. I understand No one is perfect and they probably are trying to help but they need to find a balance

Seldom feel the need to leave a review, but wanted to specifically commend Celeste who treated me with respect and assisted me without being pushy. Her stellar customer service cannot go unmentioned. Thank you Celeste.

Walked in looking for a last min Presentation Outfit for my daughter

Greeted by a teeny female attendant, who we call "Sporty Spice" (shell know who she is) whom embraced us with such warmth, laughter and friggn osum customer service. She nailed the outfit too!

On top of that, the female Manager whom served us at the register also hit the nail with her Customer Service. Great upselling skills and ensures her customers walk out with a bargain cz she literally walked me back to the rack that had the specials running

It's been a while since I've encountered outstanding customer service.

It only takes 1 person to create that happy atmosphere which resonates throughout the whole team creating a fun work vibe not only for the crew members but also returning customers.

Came in wanting a particular outfit and was greeted by the most helpful staff! All so lovely and overall such a great experience.

Lovely workers, best shop, except the server Tara customer service skills was disgusting not a single smile, not polite at all.very disappointed because this is a lovely shop with other great workers that are very bubbly and kind.
