These guys are so good that they built our shed, carpeted our house and put in blinds on our verandah. I couldn't fault their work.

Recently had single garage built, supplied and fitted, great quality install, fitter had attention to detail with every aspect of the job, now have back awning and garage done by universal, highly recommend.

18 Sept 2023 - Very disappointed - turned out what I asked for wasn't what was delivered. I requested meetings with the business owner on 2 occassions to be told he was too busy to meet with me
20 Sept 2023 Update: I asked for the new carport and patios to match the existing (only 3 years old) roof. I was given a different roof & gutter profile & told it didn't matter cos you couldn't see it from underneath. Price quoted to replace the roofing material was unacceptable. The gutter was replaced by UH after lengthy discussions with Danny. I have never met Peter and Mark was the saleman that signed me up for what I didn't ask for

Just had a garaport installed by these guys, they were ahead of schedule, communicated regularly with updates, showed up when they said and the finished product is awesome! Great quality, fitted well and has added value to our place! Very happy and would reccomend them for sure!

We have just had Universal Home Improvements complete a job today and I’ve come home and heard nothing but praise for the fellas from my wife. There were some issues with some existing components which an opposition company had done several years ago and rather than either walking away or complaining about the situation, the whole team pulled together and finished the job and rectified the not so professional work of their opposition. A real credit to the entire company and that’s coming from an extremely OCD type of bloke who wants things done perfectly. Couldn’t recommend them any higher and we will be using them again in the near future.

Rod and Roland arrived on time with all the necessary tools, ladders, and building materials to construct our outdoor pergola. Any problems that surfaced along the way did not phase them in the slightest and after consulting their supervisor with their solution, construction progressed steadily. The guys were polite and hardworking and kept us informed along the way with the progress of our pergola. When completed, Rod and Roland cleaned the site to ensure no filings or packaging materials were left behind. They even checked their work tools in their Ute to make sure none were left behind. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our pergola. It is even better than what we had imagined, and we are impressed with the high-quality materials that were used. We can certainly highly recommend Universal Home Improvements as they are most definitely our go to business from now on. Garry and Maria.

Universal Home Improvement customised designed my Patio and Shed to fit our corner block. They were absolutely amazing to deal with and delivery on both projects ahead of schedule

We all know how long everything in the building trade is currently taking but our experience with Universal Home Improvements has been absolutely fantastic. From day one when Mark and Adam came out to quote up for patio extension and carport, it's been smooth sailing the entire time. Lisa helped us out with colours and provided us with full quotes, no hidden costs, assisted us with a concreter and when we needed to install downpipes etc. We signed a contract in February and this allowed 12 months but today Aug 11th our patio is fully completed and we can't be happier. The lovely guys who did the install were so pleasant, easy to talk to, very clean and tidy and fast. Thank you so much.

Shed not what we thought we still get wet car hangs out the back and not coming of the house poles in the way of getting into other shed 12,000 not happy but stuck with it now
