7Bad place to get fuel, I put $40 in knowing it gives me half a tank but not this place, it gave me a quarter so they have the system set in a way were you dont get the full amount and also very bad customer service either no one at the counter or the guy is on his phone.
Indian fella with the glasses is ALWAYS in a phone call while working and every time I've been in there he's hiding away on it.
It takes a while for him to realise you're there and he'll eventually serve you, but won't hang up his call and continue talking as he serves.
The pies are alright though.
I had to order some things of menulog from this Service Station due to not having a car atm. I dont appreciate paying $6.50 for a 2L milk only for it to be used by tomorrow 6/12/2020. I was a bit up in the air at the fact that I had to pay $6.50 but don't understand how you can charge that to someone and give them a bottle that goes off tomorrow. Pathetic
You get 2 points for your new renovations and you loose 3 points for now being the most expensive petrol in bundaberg. You use to be reasonable however this is absurd. You advertise discounted petrol that we the customer save.this is now false
Smelled like poo, fuel price sign was broken and sunscreen cost nearly $15 for the tiniest bottle. United stations are usually pretty good, but I won't be returning to this one.
One of only two service stations in Bundaberg selling LPG and the only one which sells it at a decent price.
The staff have always been friendly when I go there and general fuel prices are lower than a lot of the other service stations in town.
Got served by a foreign worker (not sure if nationality) I went to purchase some cigarette products and two drinks, I asked to change the brand of smokes. I had just paid for the previous packet and I knew the second pack was cheaper so I should have received ($2 or something) change. I tried to explain that but couldn't understand anything the worker said!
Very disappointed!
