The guy serving left me standing at the counter while he was looking on his phone for a minute or two. He then proceeded to overcharge me more than double. I bought 2 for $4 bottles of water and a mini pie - $4.
He repeated my order and the other man got the pie. I paid the $17 thinking it was weird. I went back and checked the prices and told him it should have been $8. He told me I was wrong repeatedly and denied overcharging me. I demanded back my $9 and he reluctantly opened the till and gave it to me eventually. This guy on the counter is either scamming people or simply doesn’t want to be there. I felt strongly the man serving had zero respect for me and would rather be somewhere else. Worst customer service in a long time.

They cheat with gasoline. My car has a tank of 70 liters and theirs is filled with 80 liters.

Went to put $50 in fuel got to $49.70 and tryed to just bump it up to $50 it jumped straight to $51.33 the pumps are out if if ain’t bad enough for the price of fuel then you you stung more at the pump needs to be calibrated be aware

One of the worst pies I've ever eaten. Soggy, overpriced, and small microwaved rubbish.

Disappointed for the second time to drive away and discover that the pie I purchased was cold and uncooked in the middle.

It’s not unique to this store - many Pieface stores do this when they don’t adjust the reheating time. But I don’t want to get food poisoning, and food should be cooked. A partial microwave is insufficient. I miss when they actually ‘cooked’ pies.

Pleased to say that the coffee at pie face is as good as 7-Eleven and the same price. Recommend the lamb and rosemary sausage roll. Seems to have a good price on diesel also.

Staff member "Sunny". Very rude, accused myself and my brother of stealing. Not a great look. Would reconsider who you choose for staffing as most of your poor reviews are in regards to customer service.

Check what you have been charged on receipt, I was ripped off only a couple of dollars but it’s the principal.

Rude man at the counter. Being told to "Just wait" when all i did was try to say hello and be friendly. As a retail worker myself, i think you need to be nicer to your customers.

Shocking reviews. Fuel is always cheap, well I know this staff from last one year very friendly and all are helpful.they always try to give good customer service but whoever disappoint with change or coins for carwash don't like their service, they are not change machines or bank.lol

Staff "Siva" with a very poor customer service! No change given and once given $10 short. So count your balance money before leaving the counter. I also doubt the quality and quantity of fuel here, had trouble with O2 sensors on 2 cars and had to replace them, and once with my Jeep it shown more than the capacity of fulltank!? A big difference in premium 98 performance filled from here and else where!

Only Ben has a valid reason for a 1 star. The rest are stupid. Cashiers don't have to give change. You want to be robbed at gunpoint point? I was many times in Texas USA at a gas station I worked at.

Local service station has gr8 prices on petrol compared to the big 3. Get your United loyalty card & get another 4 cents a litre discount. How good is that. Friendly staff: heaps of snacks: drinks: magazines etc & other essentials you find in any servo. Has Nandos & Subway inside service center. I asked the guy behide the counter for $5 in coins for the car washed said he doesn't have coins at all. I then asked if i brought someone that was $2 he wouldnt be able to give me change from a $5 and then said no. So i brought a $2 chocolate and said he then could give me change? I have it all on video aswell. Liar and rude. Not a very good look for an already struggling petrol station

A worker named Raj refused to allow me to fill my car unless I paid him an amount of money first.

Fuel pumps not working clicking on and off so Annoying, and the so called manager is a rude Indian man by the name of AJEET that still made me pay for fuel hat I didn't even get, I will not be going back there again, I just wanted to fill my car up with fuel!
