Went to fuel my car up this morning at 5: 30am yet again the station was not open. People need petrol at this time! Very inconvenient.
I had made a special trip to the store to purchase my granddaughter some lollies. Lollies scanned at a different price to the shelf price advertised. The lady working was very adamant that the shelf price is wrong an cannot correct there 60cent mistake. This lady would not correct the price an told me if I wanted it, I am to pay the scanned price. I have brought fuel for my 2 vehicles, many times from here, though NEVER again. Such a small mistake can have a long term affect. You better teach your staff to do there job when they are supposed to or you may loose long term customers. We won't be back. Please do a U-turn an use your local BP 30 seconds up the road as they correct there mistakes.
5 star. Staff always lovely. Petrol prices are competitive but great.ohhhh beef sausage rolls, pies etc from their Pie Shop ooh so yummmmmy.spot on for us.
7th April, 10.45, the staff member on duty is unbeatable, deserves an award, showed enthusiasm and happiness. I never leave reviews but he deserves one.:)
I swear you guys deserve credit for at least a part of my uni degree! You have kept me happy through working and studying online and always give me more than I ask for. The pastry on your vegan pies is soft, flaky and oh so tasty while your donuts are addictive (obviously by the number I order). My favs are definitely coffee crunch, lemon filled and cookies n cream. Thanks so much for always giving the best customer service ever! See you very soon.
Friendly staff, cheap fuel, $1 coffee (including a dedicated soy milk coffee machine!) and the most amazing plant based sausage rolls, pasties and pies
Been here a few times since it opened some months ago. Cheaper than BP across the road. Friendly staff.
Lovely staff. Best fuel prices in gold coast. Customer service is by far the best anywhere and I will always and only ever get my fuel from United in Merrimac. These people are wonderful in every way.
