United (Pie Face)

The people who work here are always so genuinely lovely! The actual place is like any regular petrol station but almost every single time i go here i leave with a real smile on my face! The interactions never seem forced and are always refreshing!

Toxic staff.i ordered thinking I was getting a delivery. They told me it was pick up87.90. I was lucky it was purchased through paypal. I explained and was given a refund. When I couldn't pick up they refused to refund.honestly I wouldn't recommend.

I’ve tried putting fuel in my partners car I stood there for 5 mins waiting for them to activate pump after that my partner has gone in The Indians at counter, the both of them have searched my partners number plates up saying she has no rego and can’t get fuel unless pays first she has stated she has rego and can prove and they wouldn’t answer and kept saying pay first it’s not until I have walked into the servo and started getting agitated asking why she has to pay first when no one else does after a few times of me being aggressive they were happy to pump very suspicious and creepy wouldn’t let my partner go there alone at night

One of if not THE WORST PIE I have ever eaten. They re heat everything in the microwave which makes it go soggy. Staff is rude as you could imagine sitting on there mobile phones or even talking to someone else through a ear piece.

Have been in there a few times, and unfortunately it's getting worse. The Indian guy at the counter on Monday night has no customer service, and i don't think he understands English at all. Plus too the fridges were all messy.
Trying to tell him things and all he says is ' ya '.
Im sorry, you can present a nice clean servo, but u have to back that up with good customer service.

P.s. Teach the operators that if you warming up 2 items, it takes longer

I tried twice to pay for a $2 coffee when the man walked past me, but he refuse the money. He said something to me nobody could understand and i thought he give me the coffee, but he ment for me to line up because they try to charge me for the coffee next time i went in. And the toilets are never open because they dont like the elderly homeless lady outside using it because they have no soul.

Do you guys know how to smile?

Bought a pie he handled it with his hands, made me pay first wouldn't refund me, i refused to take it.
Would you take a pie, thats be handled with bare hands.

The pies are terrible, microwaved soggy mess.
Not to mention every time I go in to the place the staff sit on their personal phones the whole time.

Competitive fuel prices but Disgusting food, I'm sure it doesn't comply to health and safety standards.
Not sure how they've done it but they managed to extract all traces of taste from most of their foods!

The Pies here at United Petroleum Labrador GoldCoast Queensland aren't hot enough the heating ovens need to be alot hotter

This petrol station in Labrador is always clean & tidy, always has flowers, books, yummy hot food, cheap beautiful coffee $2 & other interesting stuff & staff always friendly & welcome you.
Highly recommend.

Better prices than supermarket chain outlets. Used to be the best but now more expensive than some other independents like Freedom Fuels

LOVE pie face. Try the red wine beef mini pie. Heaven in a small sample if watching the wasteline!

Prices for petrol are generally good and service is good.
The quality of the Pie Face mini pies has dropped dramatically. I tried the mince from Ferry rd and the chunky steak from Labrador- both are mostly gravy with almost no meat.
I recall when they first opened in Cavill ave, surfers paradise- they were fabulous.

Most E10 today on the Goldie around $1.75. Here $1.309, so why not topup! Beggars the question though, they won't be selling at a loss, so what huge profit are the others making today! Gave the 5 stars for price, plus excellent overall presentation and what always should be, nice customer service.

Great service.great pies. Sandwich was not nice at all.was supposed to be beef.relish cheese and salad.no flavour at all.opened up sandwich and could hardly see the relish.very disappointed.

They ALWAYS overcharge on instore purchases. I am constantly correcting them. Their till doesn't match the shelf price. They never apologise. Makes me think they are doing it on purpose.
