Good staff n service. Clothes quality is right for the money. The only shop I like to shop because they don't stock with Made in China stuff.

Staff are very friendly and nice, they returned the clothes instantly with no complaints, good priced as well

I came today hoping to reprint a receipt for work. Callum helped me swiftly and accurately, while being incredibly friendly and professional. I wanted to leave a serious review, but it would not adequately describe how Callum's amazing service made me feel.
I want to gift Callum and his partner an all-expenses paid holiday for as long as they want, wherever they want. How do I know he has a partner? Because there is no way this man is single. If he is, there is no doubt in my mind that there isn't hundreds, if not thousands of women of great beauty and personality lining up for him.
I now understand the concept of royalty; that a bloodline should be honoured and treated with society's love and kindess for as long as we can remember, due to the actions of one incredible person.
I want to thank Callum's parents, his parents' parents, and his parents' parents' parents, for raising such a fine young man. I have never been more proud to be an Australian; to live and breathe the same air as this man.
I would be surprised, no, flabbergasted, if Callum isn't CEO of Uniqlo within 3 years. Uniqlo has got themselves a valuable customer for life, which is a small price for me to pay in order to commend and bring to light the incredible wisdom of whoever orchestrated the hiring of this man.
My gravestone would someday read: Kind son, loving husband, treasured friend, served by Callum. You may think I'm a silly friend of his, but no. I'm just some guy, who had the pleasure of being assisted by Callum today, and I will do everything in my power for him to be recognised as one of Australia's national treasures.

First time customer. Amazing quality and value for money. Fitting room attendant was unbelievably helpful and even helped me register online to make online purchases possible. This online stuff can be a bit confusing for us older folks so the help was really appreciated. Had to get my trousers that I bought shortened but not a problem. Ready for pick-up perfectly altered on the same day. Can't beat all that for a great deal.

Great place to pick up versatile clothing at a great price. Just purchased more winter jackets. Great quality, light weight and so warm.

Large shop with good range of selections, mens thin jumpers are great and trousers are good quality. This H&M and Zara are good regular spots for mens clothing and good quality and style.

Horrible quality with stretch jeans, after one hour the jeans became double the size, and when I tried to return it within a week and even though I provided the invoice, they refused to return it because I removed the tag, never buying from uniqlo again, horrible customer service and experience

I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a plaint review about the store manager Miyuki. She wouldn’t like to help me with the poor quality sweater. She said she can’t do anything because the store policy. But she can’t explain the policy to me clearly.

I bought a jumper 2 months ago, I loved the product but it tore at the seams and ended up with a coin size hole near the shoulder. I went in to ask for an exchange and they would not do it as it had been longer than 2 months. Staff didn’t really care either. This was a huge disappointment and a reflection on their quality.

Expect your clothes to tear after a couple of months and they won’t exchange it.

I won’t be shopping here again!

I brought a slim fit trouser few weeks ago and tried to convince it's not upto to merchatable quality. Suggested to use a brush everyday for removing cloth fiber.

If you clothes have any quality issue don’t expect you will get any customer service in this shop. Their manger will only reply you unfortunately we can’t exchange the clothes for you. If you have any problem call our costumer service. They even didn’t check my clothes and ask the other branch if any customer have same problem. I bought my clothes 1.5 months. After I washed couple times my clothes had colored patch. I can’t believe it and they can’t even look at it

Love shopping at UNIQLO thanks to their displays. Easy to find sizes and styles. Prices are reasonable. Fine cotton shirts were good fit, easy to wash and iron. I doubt they are 100% cotton due to its texture and feel but I may be wrong. Check out could have been faster.

Smaller shop compared to the Chermside & Gold Coast stores - so range & sizes maybe limited

Uniqlo have a good and different range of clothes to most at attractive prices considering their quality, some would consider a bargain

Not a criticism of products, but of service and manners. Purchased an item. Checkout cashier forgot to remove the security tag. Annoying, but people make mistakes. Go in the next day, excessive scrutiny of receipt before removing the security tag. My least favorite thing? After determining that we were not shoplifters pulling a "fast one", no apology! No "sorry we inconvenienced you by making you come back in. " Hence a once star review.
