Underground Surf

Walked into Ondi’s shop this morning and walked out 10min later with 3 long boards and wetsuits all in great condition! Had a blast surfing for hours on the break right behind the shop and would go back to Underground in a heartbeat. ($25 for 4 hours plus $10 wetsuit rental = best deal in town and from the only local-owned surf shop in Noosa Heads!)

Sign at front saying surfboard heaven, more like surfboard hell.the bloke working was an absolute goose and came out harassing and abusing us over nothing.he was threatening to fight us, is that really what reputation you want for a local business.we were willing to buy a couple board but after melon harassed us i’ll be going elsewhere.would not recommend.worst customer service ever!

Awesome guidance in finding the perfect twinny for me. If the shop owner makes the boards himself you know you’re in a good spot. Locally made and passionate about surfing. Magic formula!

Great all round. Very helpful and honest guys. Gave me a good deal on a second hand mini-mal and knew what they were talking about. It’s also nice to support the only independent surf shop in the area.

Haven't been in a surf shop in years.but have decided to get back into handboarding / planing. Was greeted instore by Chris with respectful banter and made to feel really welcome.like I'd been a regular customer for years. He was happy to show me various stock options and gave excellent advice. Bought my board, fins and a few accessories.very happy. I'll definitely be back.

I came in looking for an emergency pair of board shorts the other day. The guy there was incredibly helpful even though I was obviously looking for a quick, cheap buy. Thanks for still giving me time - I will be back.

One of the best surf shops in and around Noosa Heads and is a stones throw away from the main beach. The owner is one of the friendliest blokes I’ve met since being in Australia. I’ve rented boards numerous times and have always had an excellent experience. Customer service is bar none.

Whilst the shop didn’t stock what I was looking for the owner still spent 15 minutes talking me through my options and giving me advice as to where to go. Awesome. They clearly know the meaning of community.

Customer service is second to none! Allthough they have a massive range of boards on the rack, I was trying to find a particular board in dims they did not have in stock, the staff made an extreme amount of effort to track one down. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable on all surfboard designs and conditions to suit. Cannot recommend enough! If your looking for a surfboard or accessories, The guys at Underground Surf have got you sorted!

Great service, my daughter and I made a couple of visits to the shop while we were in town, and found the team were really helpful. They sorted us out with a great deal on a new Seaside, some really nice fins, rope and bag. We went back in at the end of our week holiday and they helped prep the board for the flight home with some bubble wrap and tape. Awesome after sales service.

My husband and I visted 3 other surf shops in Noosa as we were trying to figure out what new boards we want to get. As soon as we got at UndergroundSurf we felt the right vibe. They were very knowledgeable yet super friendly. In the firts day I rented my board and had a great time. In the next day we already knew that we could trust them so we left the shop with 2 new surfboards and since then have been with a big smile on our faces as the boards are just perfect. Go there if you know what you want or if you are trying to figure out what you want. Best service and equipment available. We will be clients for life ;)
