Under Armour Pacific Fair

Customer service at this store is extremely poor. Called in for a price match to there website advised okay when arrived to store with a 35 minute drive they wouldn’t honour.

I went to Nike instead. At least they make an effort to try and sell you a product instead of letting you stare at the shoe wall with no offer of assistance or even acknowledgement of your presence in the store.

I visited this store today and found an amazing array of quality products. I bought some undies and several shirts.

The store is very modern, ultra clean and organized.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but never pushy or annoying. I felt the prices and range were very good compared to the Nike shop which had little stock and high prices.

The store is easy to find in Pacific Fair and definitely worth a visit.

Great products, great facilities & staff that are more than happy to help you with your selection.

Informative, helpful and best of all, the prices here are the same online so I just walk in, buy my gear and walk out knowing I am getting the right price.

Good selection of UA products you can't get at Rebels. Been here 5 times now whenever I'm at Pacfair. Generally drop enough cash to get a pair, hoodie or tshirt at each visit. 4 stars as most of the staff are good with exception to one that was working during the sale period

Excellent service from Thad during the purchase of some fantastic UA HOVR Sonic Running Shoes.

Thad took time to listen, and then to suggest suitable footwear. Thad is a personable, knowledgeable, patient and helpful member of staff - a credit to Under Armour.

Totally recommended! I was looking for a under suit a one month ago on Gold Coast in Pac Fair, when i found Under Armour there! I had a amazing service from a girl named Bianca! She has a huge knowledge about this brand. I took of my doubts about other brands and what i was buying to realize that was the best choice! Im very happy with my suits ready for my races in Brasil!

Nicely planned. Customer service is great. Prices are high than rest of the Canada and America.

Advertised hours aren't accurate. Pretty big inconvenience to travel here and the store is closed.

Great staff assistance and knowledge however corporate really need to reassess their range.put some more items from online in your store, very small range.

Disgusting store. Retailers really need to open their eyes and review the quality of their staffs ability to provide customer service.

Walking into the store was greated with a hesitant hello. After this completely ignored by two staff members whom felt it was more important to ignore a customer and straighten clothing racks. All this whilst I stood waiting with a shoe in my hand waiting to try it in my size. 10mins in store, 3 staff, one other customer only communication was a hesitant hello.

Visited this store and was greeted by a nice salesperson. Unfortunately the next (who I presume was a manager) was disgustingly rude to us which caused us to leave and cost them a decent sale. Won't last long if they treat customers like this.

I highly recommend the Pacific Fair Under Armour store. I go to this store regularly and every time have had a great experience with the staff, who are all friendly and definitely know their product. Going into this store is a far superior shopping experience to other similar stores - instead of just being shown items, the staff engage in a friendly dialogue that helps you make the best choices and purchase the best items for your individual needs. I honestly can't say that a recommendation made by the knowledgable staff here has ever been a bad decision!
