28 Under Armour. What Happened? Before your recent refit, you embraced the factory outlet approach that we loved. Floor filled with inventory, great periodic discounts, even when you didn't, we could still ferret around and find something. You had great selection and overall attentive staff. I actually rebuilt my whole wardrobe over a couple years with your store.
NOW? It's like stepping into a major surburban if not CBD like retail store, too much style, no substance, the side checkout area, is not working, your customer walk routes are disjointed and make for an unpleasant shopping experience. Your staff are now suddenly non attentive, and your selection, half of what it was, and your pricing is simply not acceptable for a factory outlet location, and is so far from what you provided to customers before the refit. Talk about Switch and Bait. Please close the shop down again (sorry staff) and go back to what you were. This is not it.
If you are trying to align your focus to the maybe higher per visit spending occasional our of town or state visitor and alienate your local clientele. Mission accomplished. However I am sure I have receipts for the last two years for over $4k for our family, so not sure if your beancounters have the strategy right.
Even NIKE gets it now, with great inventory turn and sales periods. Adidas, cycles, through good and bad, when its bad its bad, we walk in and walk out, but when their sales are good, its actually Great, they also have stock and awesome factory outlet prices and we load up.
Under Amour, your new look and attitude at this factory location is not working. Please let me know when you change, as I do love your clothes.

Really nice and helpful service but I found the under armour gear uncomfortable and sweaty with a bad cut around the shoulders and underarm.
Love their clothes when they are on sale. Love their shoes with RFID trackers and sensors in them but can see a security issue with the shoes but still love them. The walk and run app by under armour, they have out done themselves. This is me standing up and clapping while dancing to salsa music.
If I could Give Val more than 5 stars I would. She went above and beyond for a voice over the phone to make sure I was taken care of. I live 8 hours away and after some muddle ups with sizes, nothing was too much for Val to make sure she got the correct shoes to me. Unreal customer service! 10/10.5 Stars. Checkmate. Whatever. Give that woman a raise! She is a diamond.
Asked staff for assistance and they always say I’ll get someone else to assist you and they never do. On both occasions I have wanted to make a purchase but due to lack of customer service have gone elsewhere
Rudest girl at the checkout, she didn't even bother to say hello, or anything. Showed an attitude absolutely couldn't be bothered to serve me. Then put on the loudest and happiest smile and greeting to the person behind me (obviously not Asian). Came across as a racist, and my hubby felt it too.
I like this brand, and the shop is very good but I just really upset that we have the minimum choice compare with US Under Armor shops (I am after hunting line of the "Under Armor" and it is impossible to buy it at the Harbour Town shop)
What a lovely team at this store! I was trying to track down and jacket that I need for a specific purpose. Valerie, the store manager went above and beyond to help me get this jacket. I’ve found I’ve started buying more and more underarmour stuff as I’ve been very happy with the quality… and with customer service experiences like this I’ll continue to be a customer. I went straight to a shop assistant as I needed help and other staff was busy with a customer, the girl at the cash register ignored me for few minutes even I was standing in front of her.

I bought a gift for my husband on 24 Christmas eve and the product has a big hole and i return it on Sunday with the receipt and the staff was very rude and refused to exchange or refund the item. Very Very bad customer service and very rude staff

Wow serious bargains to be had here. Got some great shoes reduced to 30 and 35 bucks and then they knocked another 30% off that! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again

I love Under Armour as a brand because The Rock affiliates with them. ️ Regardless, I was looking for some sneakers and I was very pleased with Courtney’s customer service and on her product knowledge. I’m very happy with my hovr’s as they provide functional, great cushioned support and reduces jarring in my knees in classes. Thanks, Courtney and UA!

Prices don't match that of what you'd expect from a outlet store. The other outlet stores in the same area seemed better priced.
