I bought some walking shoes at Chermside. Reece served me, he has great product knowledge, professional, friendly and sold me the most comfortable walking shoes.

I'd say poor service but there was none at all. This afternoon: 3 staff members and I was the only customer in the shop. They just stood behind the counter deep in their own non-work related conversation. I gave it a few minutes but none were interested in trying to help so I left. By then someone else came in and was similarly ignored.

Had a great experience shopping at Under Armour at Chermside for my family’s Christmas gifts. Big thanks to Paddy that help me out. Cheers

Working in retail myself it's not often I find someone giving great service. So I wanted to thank Lachlan for giving great customer service. Thank you so much, your a credit to the team at Chermside.

So I went to this store today looking for a good pair of running shoes.
I do a lot of long distance running so finding the right shoe is really important to me.
As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed and after a couple of minutes was approached by a Team member named Darcy.
The quality of service Darcy provided definitely deserves a shout out.
He was very professional and easy to talk to and he quickly got me into the perfect pair of shoes.
Even though Chermside is a fair way out of my way I will definitely be a return customer to this store.

Came in earlier this week looking for some gym gear, was after something specific and the lady that assisted me was amazing. She was really understanding, helped me with exactly what I needed and the best customer service I've ever had in a retail store (even knew my size better than I did).
I didn't catch her name but really wanted to shout out the amazing service at this store.

Will definitely be back for more gym gear!

Couldn’t be happier! Went to get some shoes and was served by a gentleman named Lee who was really helpful, friendly and knew what he was talking about with the shoes! Will definitely be going back to him to get my next pair of shoes!

A nicely appointed and set out store, so badly let down by staff who have an attitude bigger than Chermside Shopping Centre. Today (Sunday 4th March) when I entered the store I was spotted and looked at by three girls working there, nobody acknowledged my wife and I, I was clearly interested in the men's sports trousers and all the time the girls working in the store continued to talk amongst themselves. I have to go to the counter to get attention then as treated like an alien and was given a look of "how dare you interrupt our conversation"

When I asked to see if they had my size again I was greeted with a look and "urhmm" as if it were too much trouble. Maybe I am not the normal size of a person who shops at this store or that I'm over 50?

Never the less I felt 2nd grade and the store staff were clearly not at tentative to customers needs Poor service poor form.

Usually buy Under Armour online and are very happy with the product. I was at Chermside shop today and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great looking store and displays.
