Under Armour Brisbane DFO

I was looking for some new shoes and as an older bloke didn’t expect to find myself looking in this shop but glad I did. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful, I think all of the three blokes in the store either greeted me or came to check if I needed assistance. Finally after a bit of browsing the young fella with a blond quaff helped me pick a couple of pairs of shoes, which as a bonus ended up being half price. Great price, great service, and made to feel welcome in store. Great work guys.

After a not so great experience at another UA store, I took my wife here. Steph’s and Cadence’s customer service was outstanding and they helped my wife rectify the issues in a very easy and professional manner. They even stayed open for a little later than the stores closing time to make sure my wife was completely happy. Steph and Cadence definitely have set the bar for what customer service should be like not only for UA but for every retail store in the country!

I had a fantastic experience shopping here with the help Daphne/Stephnie (friendly blonde girl). Went in wanting one item, but ended up purchasing 7 things that I liked! I expanded my wardrobe and walked out more confident about my clothing.

I had a fantastic experience at Under Armour thanks to her help and opinion. Staff like that are fantastic for for business. I will definitely be back.

Customer service assistance was quite lackluster on this particular visit. Two of the staff were more interested in 'catching up' behind the counter than to even acknowledge customers existence, and their sour demeanor to temporarily stop their conversation to ring up sales was disappointing and unprofessional.

Realising I had spent more time shopping than I should have as I had a flight to catch and not knowing the area Steph went above and beyond helping me out with my Uber account and personally walking me to the pick up spot

The store had a great sale on. My son and his wife got a pair of CrossFit joggers. The young woman called Olivia who served them was most helpful and pleasant while finding them their right sizing.

Good selection of shoe styles, though limited options for big sizes, none for size 13 basketball shoes.

Great customer service. Under Armour products are one of the best. Scored some AMP3 training shoes from this shop with further 40% off. 5*

The lady today (30-11-2020) that was on duty around lunch or afternoon was a bit rude. She was also chewing gum while on duty. How unprofessional.

Great experience, a lovely lady greeted us at the door. As we started to look at the shoes, Mason assisted us with sizes and styles. We had intended to buy one pair but walked out with 4 pairs of shoes! Good knowledge and very helpful.
