Great place for computer gear, but you need to order via their webpage. Parking is occasionally difficult

This company have a ZERO returns policy. Will not exchange or refund, even an unused item within 14 days of purchase.
Will never shop there again and will spread the word of how belligerent and ridiculous a policy this is with inflexible staff who quote equally dumbfounding (supposed) consumer law at you.
Apparently the cost of mistakenly buying the wrong product must be borne by the consumer who is then out of pocket for the full cost of their purchase!

Good prices - BUT! Getting Umart to build the computer was a huge mistake! Wanted to keep my SSD - relatively new with all my data. Time frames for building are at their discretion with no allowances made for client needs! The drive was reformatted - no back-up made (I was unable to backup due to system crash!)
Would NEVER use Umart pc build again.

Umart is the way to go if you’re after anything IT. I have purchased parts from them for over a decade and have built many computers for myself, friends and family. The guys at Umart Maroochydore are the friendliest and most helpful IT guys I've met. My son bought computer parts from them and we put together his computer, except we didn't know how to get the inbuilt fans working. Took the computer back them on Sunday and they guys in the store we more than happy to help show us where to hook up the fans.

I often order from their easy to navigate website but today I decided to click and collect from my local store, I was served by two lovely gentlemen who helped me get my parts. When ever I order online I receive the delivery next day and in amazing condition. I just wanted to thank you guys for making my introduction into pc building and electronics a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Always had good experiences with Umart in Milton and Maroochydore. Milton entrance is a bit tricky but it's worth the trip.

They are absolutely best. Lowest prices, wide range of goods, quick delivery and good locations of stores. I have been shopping with them for many years and I am maximally satisfied.

In the last year I have had to had three products replaced by warranty.the first was a set of corsair ram sticks, the second a set of Corsair Void RGB Elite Wireless Premium Gaming Headset 7.1. The headset took over 3 weeks to replace.
On 03.06.2022 I returned a set of Audio Technica ATH-CKS5TWBK True Wireless Headphones. The headphones had a clearly evident fault in which one of the buds wouldn’t turn on. This fault was clearly visible and evident at the time of return.

It is now coming up to 4 weeks since I have returned this product and I still have got no answer on what is happening with the warranty claim.
I have emailed them on several occasions and just keep getting a automated email response.

These are not cheap headphones and they were needed for university so i could study in the library.

I have attached copies of the emails as proof of this and advise people to think twice before purchasing anything from this store if they use it on a daily basis as their warranty and return department will take all the time they can to return or refund your product

I went into the store at 5: 15 it closes at 5: 30 yet I was attended to very promptly by a young gentlemen very polite and well manured. "I know nothing of computers so you're aware. " this employee continued to take his time go over plenty of information/details to find my desired keyboard and done an extremely good job to facilitate my requests with also guiding and helping me to choose the right one for my needs. Nothing but great service.
If he where one of my employees I would consider further management rolls as the man does a fenomanl job.
