Made an online inquiry about a replacement for my charging cable that broke recently.although there were none in stock, Cara responded incredibly fast and provided very useful information about which model i needed and where to find it.reply was very fast and am have already been able to order the replacement online due to the quick and informative response.thank you

Abysmal new return policy changes as of August.

Umart website fails to provide the necessary information to allow customers make a choice on which products to buy, there are no images, no description details, no sizing display. I bought two case GPU vertical brackets because of this. I decided which one looked best during my build and went to return the other. I was told it voided they warranty because I took it out of the box. These metal brackets sit in the flimsiest cardboard boxes you can imagine.

If you are going to deny refunds, please provide customers with adequate information to make appropriate decisions.

Advertised service options: In-store Shopping.
Attend store however staff would not allow this to happen (hands up in the air)

Beware of Umart returns policy!
I had a genuine issue of Logitech headset product weight in comparison with Dell pro headset, and item not fully opened and Umart wont change or refund.

Definitely disappointing as the product is in perfectly resellable condition, and most likely for all future purchases will be sticking to Officeworks, eBay who has better return's policy!

Gone downhill over the past few years. Just spent over $1100 over two orders and got screwed around on both, wasting my time and petrol. Never use to have problems.

Saturday afternoon our computer failed and I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday to buy replacement parts. Checked online and Umart Chermside is open Sundays.
The website is usable and the sections are easy to find. The filters allow you to quickly see which items are in-stock at Chermside and which would take a day longer to be delivered from the Milton store.
10.30 Sunday morning I was instore collecting the order I placed the night before.
The store needs cleaning and painting and the displays are a few boxes or old products for the sake of putting something out.
If it doesn't have the foot traffic to warrant a proper setup of various computers and monitors, it would be better to clear out the shelves, bracket some large screens on the walls and play product demo videos.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive but there isn't really a great deal of competition so just be grateful you have Chermside Umart.

Absolutely love going through Umart for all my computer needs. But their courier service Aramex is just atrocious, really wish they would change to a better company

Can't contact store, have to contact support who cannot help because they need to contact technical? So you can't ever get a problem solved, always takes multiple phone calls, over days, have had two faulty products bought back to back.the people that work here are super friendly and go out of their way to help, however the entire system is terrible if you ever need support, return, refund of faulty item. To be clear, the people working here are amazing, hardworking and overly helpful, but i cannot stand a retail based store where you literally cannot contact any store for any reason, have to outsource to two separate support lines.my problem still is not fixed.

It's your best option for affordable computer products in Brisbane. To save myself shipping from other vendors, this is my go to place for supplies. Staff are friendly and they always seem to be well stocked on the most modern computing systems.

I've bought a couple of rigs over the years from Umart Chermside, my most recent purchase was a significant spend, as I was due for a big upgrade for my gaming PC.

I've had the new rig for over a week now, and I am very happy with the build quality of the PC and the service provided by Umart, who were very prompt and professional (there was a compatibility issue with the original motherboard I chose for my build, which Umart staff were quick to let me know and also offered me a suitable alternative to complete my order).

Overall, I'm very happy with my new rig and would highly recommend Umart Chermside!
