HORRIBLE
The seat covers STINK of chemicals! I thought it best to not overreact and to air them out for a few days and give them the benefit of the doubt which didn’t change the terrible chemical smell. Upon bringing this to the companies attention, I was told that they are an all natural product and no chemicals are used at all and then Ellie (the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with) proceeded to advise me to ventilate them, which I told her already had and that it made no difference. She then advised me that no chemicals are used and it is an all natural product again a few more time then contradicted herself and said that smell was from the treatment process and to just them out for the 20th time! Oh, navigate, the time back that I have wasted trying to get this sorted. It’s just a joke AVOID at all costs. It’s just not worth the stress buy elsewhere. Also they do not fit to properly and to top it all off it the stitching is coming apart in spots. I have gone back and forth with the company to try and have the product returned for a full refund. They refuse to pay the return postage because they’re claiming smelling of chemicals so strongly as to cause a headache in an open space would be satisfactory to install in small confined car! Ellie also believes that the terrible odour which can’t be washed out because they cannot be washed Is it not a valid reason to make them unfit for use, and here’s the good part. I’m supposed to send photographic evidence of the problem before they will pay the return postage LOL so I’m going try and photograph the smell haha that’s gonging to be fun The second issue I have with these $300 seat covers that were reduced from ruffly $900 which implies they are worth $900 is that they feel so cheap and nasty! I have felt softer, nicer, better quality seat covers at supercheap for $50…. Ellie would also like me to prove with a photograph, how cheap and tacky they feel. It’s a shame I can’t give less than one star. I’m still not sure which is worse, the customer service or the product! I will never purchase any products from this company ever again experience has been pathetic!

Tian went out of her way to get my desired shoe! She has great customer service skills and made it an enjoyable experience!
