Look the product is good but I just felt like I was getting skinned dealing with old mate, none of the prices aligned with online offers, also
no chance of returns here simply “happy to exchange” was a clear message on purchase,

I bought a pair of shoes on February 9th, but I haven't received them so far. I couldn't get in touch with her and the service was not satisfactory.
Olivia was of great service, gave very useful suggestion, and me and my family really happy with the price and quality of the UGGs we purchased!
