61 I waited for a drone to be delivered for 3 weeks and after this company finally got back to me after several emails they said it’s still with the courier. Then after checking again a week later the story changed to we are out of stock do you want a refund? I said yes and two weeks later no refund! So I ring the office to ask what’s happening in a calm yet annoyed tone and I’ve never ever been spoken to so rudely by someone running a business. I had every right to be annoyed as this is my $2000 I’m still chasing, yet I did not raise my voice, swear or do anything to be spoken too like this idiot did. This absolute jerk spoke down to me, constantly interrupted me and I quote said “are you going to act like a human”! I just can’t believe how this guy thinks he has any right to speak to a customer in such a way especially after the terrible service provided. My wife was listening in and she too could not believe his tone yet he thought he wasn’t the rude person in the conversation. Anytime he thought he couldn’t control me or the conversation he would hang up. He kept blaming MyDeal yet I have direct emails from his business showing they have stuffed me around. Anytime I referred to these emails he just cut me off and told me to calm down even though I was totally calm. I tell my own staff in my businesses not to put up with abusive people yet despite being totally calm and in no way rude, I’m in complete disbelief at his tone and condescending attitude. It was a very strange encounter with someone that obviously has very poor customer service skills and a personality not suited to dealing with people. On top of all that I’m still $2000 out of pocket! The worst experience I think I have ever had with any business ever. I’ll see how he speaks to me directly when I visit the store to get my money back.
About an hour after I put this review through I’m now adding that these guys sent me messages making threats to me if I don’t take my review down. Be aware of these scammers!
I was fortunate enough to be given some sample pop protectors from these guys at a recent trade show and was blown away by the quality and prices. Far and away the best pop protector I have ever used outside of a hard case. Great bunch of guys. I will be replacing all my old protectors with these from now on.
These guys are A1. I was looking to buy a certain cord for my drone and the staff said they had it but instead of just saying they had it and selling it to me they told me a way I could get my drone working without it and saved me buying 1. Top customer service.
Bought a "modified" Kriss Vector gel blaster awhile back.it's been sitting in my cupboard alot recent but last week I pulled it out and shot it.it blew a gear in its practically first use.opened it up and oh look nylon gears.not modified at all nothing is modified except the clowns took out the 2cell battery and put a 3 cell in instead
not even going to bother going in.they couldn't even answer my calls
Edit: looking at other people's one star reviews these clowns screw up everyone's orders not to mention how much of a childish response they give to their customers "i guess well refund you" could try to be professional and not sound like a 7 year old child.response to post below: I never said you sold one recently and i have a box here that says "modified Vector" with a receipt from your store with a 350 dollar payment.
I would like to thank UAVME for their help in getting my DJI MINI 3.back into the sky after I hit a tree. I took it upon myself to repair it after watching a u tube video. DONT DO IT! Let UAV ME sort it for you as you will not succeed due to its intricacy and the fact that it appears DJI want you Not to succeed. My drone was returned in new condition and I'm not going near another tree or opening up the drone.
Thankyou to the staff at UAVME and Dji. The drone is great.

Suggest you shop elsewhere! These guys are only concerned about getting your money. Once that's happened, they will stop replying.
I've now waited over 2 weeks for an item that is advertised to "leave warehouse within 1 business day" - but somehow, has not left after all this time!
Absolutely disgraceful!
Awesome staff. Had a problem with my drone remote, I was unsure of the problem and they sorted me all out. Knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Can’t argue with that.
Paid $37 for express delivery and didn't get it took over a week to be delivered and I only live 2 hours away
What doesn't make sense me paying for express delivery or you not sending it with express delivery
Crashed my dji mini pro 3 today and i went into this store 15 minutes before closing and was helped as if it were the middle of the day and they got it sorted to be back out flying by tomorrow. Very good service aswell as freindly and knowledgeable staff, i highly recommend this shop.
These guys are amazing. I went to that shop with the crashed drone and left the shop with some outcome Absolutely recommend this shop to everyone! Keen to help you in any way.

I emailed to check these guys could repair a switch on my drone and they responded yes bring it in, I drove from the GC to find out they couldn’t repair it without sending to manufacturer for a quote!
There was no other option so would have stopped me wasting 2 hours had they told me this, I can easily send it myself
The response below is no surprise! To correct you, the switch broke and then i opened to see if i can repair somehow as explained
Your offer of $350 for another wasn't going to repair the switch, like i said previously, i wouldn't have driven so far had i been aware of sending it off, as you said you don't repair anything haven't the time!

Popped in for the first time on Friday staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from and helped me come up with some ideas for my sons birthday. If you have been thinking of visiting but haven't yet I recommend you do.
