11Went in the other day for some prizes for my students. Franky was amazing, she was so knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up buying so much more than I intended, but it was worth it!
First time visiting Carindale while in the area and was super impressed by your store, in particular Franky, she helped me pick out a few gifts for my children and offered great feedback on Products, I am positive they will like their birthday gifts. Great customer service, something I always look for when shopping, highly recommend your team
The manager is an absolute gem. Literally the only shop anyone should buy their typo products from!

Typo is always easy & good to shop at, mainly because the stores are usually consistent with stock & sales.
Carindale store is a good size store with heaps of stock, but I gave Carindale 4 stars because I thought the staff member was very rude.she just stared at me (like I was a problem) while i looked around the store for ages. I didn't feel welcome at all. It also seemed like the sale stock was a bit confusing, but I still managed to find what I was looking for.
Gives a retro vibe, and the products are of a reasonably good quality. The in store music is very loud sometimes.
Typo is my go to place for buying lovely journals, the staff are warm and friendly and the store has a great high energy vibe to it. Yes prices are on the high side, but their sales are a great opportunity to find some bargains.

Too many staff stocking shelves, that we can't see the product. Can't hear us when we ask politely to move. So we move on, and it is only after this, that they ask if we want anything. In the they don't care attitude, trying to make a sale. Happened with two different sales people within the space of five minutes.
