Useless. Handed out someone else’s resume for 8 months instead of mine. When I and I mean I found a job they tried to get my hours so they could say they found me the job. They where so bad they couldn’t help me with my resume so they wrote there own see above, I’m still thinking of suing total misuse of public funding and there councillors are not councillors or even community service workers there under qualified and bad at there jobs and like to make everyone suffer like they do

One star is too generous for this mob. Manager is an over weight moron stuffed into a too small shirt, who wields his petty power like a club. Suicide is a better option.
Their treatment of disability clients in their specially the Cabooltra office is disgusting. To bag the client in earshot and then deny it. Even in front of two witness is disgusting behaviour. Is this part of their training? AS well as saying to the client they need drug and booze help. Rhe staff member had no information that that is called for. Assuming something like that when u dont have that training or information that that help is needed. SHOWS shes in the wrong job.
The staff member needs removing for her comments and stuff that she as said to the client. The matter needs to go to management! BEcause of this total disrespect of clients.
A nice place that does its best to help unemployed individuals find jobs. The wait time can be long, but it's understandable with how many people they're helping. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful.
Get reduced to multiple courses called path where you do grade school booklets and roleplay. You go from monthly to weekly to 3 times a week appointments.
