My employment service provider was great at helping me first figure out the right job for me and then gave me the opportunity to gain employment in the industry. The support has also been ongoing and not simply stopped because I gained employment.

Hmm not much help seem to be more interested in punative punishment and getting you involved in slave labour but thats more the government wasting money on theese businesses that do nothing

Like any employment agency they are there to help you find work, update your resume, offer jobs (sometimes) However staff can be quite direct and if you miss an appointment they give you demerit points, if you accumulate 4 demerit points centerlink will start taking money out of your allowance. You just need to follow there instructions and do their courses when they are offered to you, they can help you find work if you do what they tell you to.

The best employment service. Actively helped me along with resumes getting gear for work upskilling. Helped even with dealing with people and businesses never stressful there everuone is very lovel

Tursa has been 1 of the better agents I have used, but like all the others have not actually helped me find work

Worst employment place ever never sees you always tells you to wait and wait for their people to be ready to see you even if it takes months miss an appointment with these guys and even if you have a good reason and proof they still cut you off they're scum don't trust them if you're sent here request a new one not worth anyone's time should be shut down

Tur (d) sa overall are bottom of the barrel down there with Max (fuckups), Matchbox (works) and Rissole (Russo). Seems to me they are an overflow chute of retreads from Mission, but with a tacky name and crappy service.
The manager here sets a piss poor standard indefinitely. I wouldn't put with the rot from ECs as they don't know the Job Active Deed and associated guidelines at all, except for what the manager teaches them.

Have been harrassed by multiple staff at this place, when I complained to the ombudsman and local member etc, the manager pressured me to withdraw my application.i have medical proof that i meet my job requirements when I work 15-20hrs, but I have been continually harrassed by my newest consultant who doesn't understand his job, he has requested for me to attend a face-to-face interview (likely to avoid any paper trail from email) so he can convince me that his misunderstanding is correct.their logic is that I should leave my part time job who are treating me well to some other job just for more hours, with no consideration to my medical issues.the last consultant I had was actually not bad now in hindsight, but this current bloke is totally useless and on a full-on power-trip,

in general this place is slow and very unhelpful, I have not been referred a single job in the 8-12 months i have been dealing with them.they're better than max employment, that's the only compliment i can offer

Tursa Strathpine offered no meaningful assistance at all, does not keep client information secure, and couldn't administrate their way out of a wet paper bag. Staff all seem weary, indifferent, and distant - like lobotomy patients or natural disaster survivors. That is, until you ask questions or reschedule appointments and then they turn passive aggressive and spiteful.
Better than Max Employment, but only just.

Useless staff, ask for a transfer straight away because if you miss 3 appointments they will make you do 25 hours of job search a week for 8 weeks wherever your linked
