A Review.

I’ve been with the agency for almost six months now and it must be one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a job provider to this day. Never have I felt so much support and encouragement from a job agency and the help I have received has been instrumental to my success and development as a human being and I have grown exponentially into a more confident, capable version of myself who feels as though he actually stands a chance in the world. Shayne Ralph has been my mentor and advocate throughout my experience and the help, care and consideration she has offered me has been incredible. When I visit TURSA for my scheduled appointments it has never felt like a formality. I’ve always felt like I am meeting with a trusted member of my own team to organize and plan my next move and it is always a pleasant interaction. Her bright and easy-going energy illuminates the space around her and is able to dissipate the stresses of job-seeking and creates an environment for clear planning and strategy making. Her humour keeps a tough topic light and palatable whilst still offering clear direction and guidance to an otherwise directionless person (myself). My confidence in the workforce has more than doubled and no longer am I scared or afraid to engage with an otherwise confusing world. My disabilities have made this difficult for me, but never have I felt ashamed in her presence. Her words are always uplifting and inspiring to me and I feel as though I can always rely on her when it comes to finding a job that suits me best. She decorates the wall behind her desk with little laminated pictures that contain uplifting messages that I read behind her while she is on her computer. It may seem innocuous but even while she is saying nothing to me still, she creates an opportunity for me to at least read something that makes me feel better in the moment. Even if it is small, to someone who’s thoughts often occupy negativity it can mean a lot to be reminded that being ones self can make all the difference in the world. Shayne has helped me so much I will be genuinely sad when I have grown and gotten to a point where she is no longer needed and I don’t want to ever say goodbye. But I hope even when the time comes that I am successful and happy in the job she has arranged for me, I am still able to stop by and say hello to her now and again. I do not know who the creator of TURSA Employment Agency is, but I owe them a lot for creating an agency where people like Shayne Ralph can change the lives of people like me, and truly stand out as one of Earths most excellent human beings.
