Really wanted to make a great review from this shop as i wanted to get more sure. And I wasn't disappointed how they handled my laptop with cared and fixed it. Thank you for the staffs of techinicians I thought they cannot fixed it so i am very thankful to this shop for fixing it. And now its working like a new one.

He charged me 60 dollars just to check it out. When I called the day after he said that the computer was fried and that I needed to change some parts to fix it. I took it back without fixing it and let the battery run out completely. When I plugged it in again after two weeks it turned on like nothing happened.

He just wanted to charge me extra for something that was probably an easy fix.

My dying laptop desperately needed a battery replacement and after leaving it to them to get checked, they quickly got back to me and I got my battery replaced in no time. Very good price and fast customer service, highly recommend.

Do not use his services. He's a crooked thief and liar!

My laptop wasn't charging. He charged me $60 for diagnostic and said that he'll call me the following day. I called him the next day but he didn't pick up. I went to the shop and caught him amid opening up. He lied and said that he tried calling me "three times, " yet I didn't have a single missed call.

He said my problem is the charger (which is an orignial and came with my computer). He wanted to charge me $150 for a new charger. When I told him that it was too expensive, he said he could go down on the price and that it was the last one he had in stock (both were a red flag).

I ended up buying an original charger by JB Hive for $89. I plugged it in, and my laptop still doesn't charge. When I called him up, he said he'll call me back. When I told him no, I paid for your service and need your assistance with this. He simply hung up the phone.

I checked the comments now, and it seems that I wasn't the first one that was tricked by him. He'll respond with a response to make it sound like he's innocent, and I'm at fault, but save yourself money, a headache/heartache, and look for a more reliable shop.

TS computers 'rescued' my dying laptop! So glad they could revive my laptop and managed to save my data. I really thought I had buckleys of getting my computer fixed but the team at TS quickly brought it back to life. Expert service at a reasonable price.

They recovered all of my data and had fixed my motherboard in my computer as well as restore my computer. I’m so great full and impressed with the work they have done. And they were super cheap as well offering me a student discount since I’m currently attending uni. Thank you so much TS computers.

Best service in town. They fixed my computer in three days and instead of replacing the part, they went the cheaper way which and fixed the board and saved a lot of money.
I will definitly come back.

Absolutely fantastic service from the staff. I got my data back at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend TS Computers to anyone that wants their laptops repaired.

I went in to get my computer screen fixed and they said I had to pay $60 just to check if they had the right computer screen in stock. 2 days later they say they don’t have the right screen to fix it and give it right back to me. Wasted $60. Would not recommend to anyone.

$310 for a what ended up being a factory reset on my laptop. Could have done that myself.didn't recover anything. After telling me it was ready for pick up at 12 they were and unavailable for me to pick it up till 2. Customer service was lacklustre, didn't call when they said they would.also insisted I pay in cash, as their eftpos machine apparently broke.

Edit: they called within 35min of leaving this review. Makes me think the claims of harassment for 1 star reviewers is true.blocked them.
Edit 2: Got a suspicious call from no caller ID 5 min later.

This company has been extremely efficient in rescuing my water damaged (Gatorade actually) Dell XPS laptop. And repairing consequent problems.problems

They diagnosed and fixed my MacBook so quick and cooperated with my request, absolutely exceeding my expectations.

I was allowed to pick up my laptop after hours which really helped so I couldn't be happier. 100% recommend!

Had a battery issue with my Razer Blade had it fixed within a week and they fixed a touchpad issue as well for free. Couldn't recommend more for a great price and great service. If you live in Brisbane and have a problem with your computer come here.

Took a laptop with an issue and the diagnosis was totally wrong. The person in charge of the site tried to convince me to pay over 600 AUD for fixing a problem that my laptop did not have. When I asked for a second opinion, the laptop was far away to have the issue TS Computers diagnosed and the laptop was found with some ports diconnnected. Totally dissapointed!

Your answer is totally wrong. The screen never failed, it was the motherboard what you said it was broken and it wasn’t. Besides, I went there by myself, without more people. So, you confused your customer when you answer.

I had damaged my laptop and couldn't get my data back but luckily Ts computers were able to quickly get my photos and data back. The price was cheaper than other places I had gone to and also got a student discount. Very impressed, 10/10.

I gave them my laptop to repair, in return they gave a giant price tag, which I declined. After declining to get my laptop repaired by them they made it so worse that now I can't even open it.

Owner is lier. My motherboard never had any issues. It was a problem of the hinge.

I accidentally dropped my laptop on the bus and couldn’t turn it on afterwards. Took it to this shop which recommended by my friends, and got it back within a week, with all my data. Thanks TS Computers, I was able to hand in assignments in time!

Fantastic service from all employees, felt very at home and welcome. They ran me through the process of repair for my laptop and I was very satisfied to hear that my order was made a higher priority as I am a student. Would highly recommend!
