Tree of Life

I was able to purchase a dress that fitted well, and was made of a beautiful material in a pattern I liked. The service was nice, and I was left to try on the outfits in privacy, and not rushed.
The cost if the dress was not cheap, but I'll ensure cost per wear makes it good value.

Their service is amazing. I fell in love with a top that wasn’t in stock online or in any of the stores near my home anymore. Tess from the North Lakes store worked so hard calling multiple stores and tracking it down for me so it could be posted to my home.

I worked there over the Christmas period a few years ago - the staff are all friendly and lovely to talk too. Went in again the other day to look for a pendant and spoke to Imogen, she was very helpful and not at all pushy, helped me find what I was looking for. Always enjoy going here

Staff were lovely but left the security tags on an expensive item I bought with intention if wearing this week.that won't happen as it is an hour each way to that store or an hour return trip to my closest store.such a pain.

Tree of life is like an oasis in the shopping centre jungle. A very peaceful experience. Sounds and smells were tranquil, time slows down.
I want to commend and thank Tess who was helpful and welcoming. Went out of her way to find a supplier as the store didn't have what needed. 2 out of 3 items on my list, sorted. We love you Tree of Life, North lakes. Don't ever change!

Wanted a particular brand of incense. They stocked it, so I went & bought it. Staff very friendly and helpful

The staff are very helpful and friendly without being overbearing or insistant. There are always good deals and the products are good value.

Really nice staff, beautiful products and lovely jewellery. Came in today and was helped out by Georgia who was very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Tree of Life stores and have done for a long time and was so excited when this one at North Lakes opened up. I have given it time and a long chance but I now have to say, this is the worst Tree of Life store I have ever been to. It's like someone that used to manage Supre now manages this store because that is the sort of people it seems to cater for. Personally I would rather spend my time travelling to the next closes Tree of Life store than go to this one. As well as that the staff jump on you as soon as you enter the store and hang on you until you leave. I had to write this review after visiting the store again yesterday and hoping it had changed a little it just seems worse. So very disappointed.
