Treasury Casino and Hotel Brisbane

Outdated Casino with outdated staff who think they hold more power than the Australian Government. In 2023 a casino in a major city refusing entry for digital license.

Pleasant experience. Not wanting to gloat, first time there, first time played roulette, walked in with $15 cash and walked out with $315. Beginner luck. I enjoyed myself and if I had of lost I still would have had a good experience.

Unbelievably poor service no table service only 1 bar open.no tabs available.not the place it used to be!

Great little casino. Had a few good nights there, with good friends. I believe it is soon to be replaced by a bigger, brand new premises.

Last night at the hotel restaurant we ate salmon, really good, it's worth it, we'll be back.

My best friend and I have been visiting The Kitchen for years. We usually get the monthly special. The past few times we have had to wait to be seated, we were told this was due to staffing issues (there was a whole section closed off. The monthly special was Rib Fillet, it was tough and full of gristle. It's often very difficult to get someone’s attention if you want to order something else.

An absolute sink hole of a place full of water human lives.

Georgeous building though.

3-Stars because I lost $500 gambling 50c- 2.50 bets on the pokie machines and didn't even get 1 feature would have to be the most unlucky person on the floor that day! Other than the Casino not willing to even toy with me still a good venue.

Disgusting customer service by the gaming manager. No respect for it's members who have been playing for years. You should be made to feel welcome when you visit, not like a criminal.

Great service by wait staffs. But the food was horrible. The steak at black hide was below average for the top price. Tried the Marble (+9) and it tasted like Marble (+3).
Stay away from Béarnaise sauce. They just do not know how to make it. More like Béarnaise curd.
Sides were good and tasted better than the mains.
Money will be better spent elsewhere for food.

Absolutely disgusting charged $70 for parking for 1.5hrs in the casino car park straight out Robbery and has lost all my future bussiness. Seriously spend that $70 on fuel and go to The Star casino on the Gold Coast better in every single way

Amazing Venue, great location for functions and amazing layout, have a dedicated and well trained team to look after you.

Nice staff. Several food option but bit of a rabbit warren with layout compromised due to heritage building.

Found the customer service throughout the Casino generally very high and while a bit dated the fit-out is well presented. We ate at Fat Noodle and although 1 meal was very late coming out the food was outstanding and it’s hard to complain when they don’t charge you for it!

We had an amazing stay for our anniversary. The upgraded room was amazing to say the least and the staff could not have been any more helpful. The location is prime with a wonderful choice of quality restaurants available. We had a perfect celebration and can’t wait to return. Thankyou to the staff of the Treasury Casino.

Being a hotel worker myself it was refreshing to be on the other side of it.
Room smelt like stale stagnate water.
Air con was on and to cold for my liking.
Friends bag was in my room and not hers with the concierge service.
Loved the ginger bread house.
Admired the old Lift.
Loved there are couches everywhere to sit and chill out side of rooms.
Staff were nice and interactive.
A+ for bacon crispness at The Lab for breakfast.
Overall: great experience.

Very disappointed with the experience last night. At first, there was no water in the bathroom. After we complained to reception, the water finally came out, but what came out of the bathtub was muddy water! After I complained to reception, the counter service staff asked me to wait until the water is clean. We waited for more than ten minutes and still sewage came out.
Then we moved to a second room, and the water came out even dirty than before. The staff said he couldn't do anything about it. So we left the hotel very disappointed and angry at two o 'clock in the morning…

Gotta love the member specials they have pretty much every month~
great service, good atmosphere, great staff, foods excellent, and to top it off you can win money~

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, worldwide.
Service is exceptional, rooms amazing.
I wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else in the Brisbane region. Can I stay forever, please?
