Trainers store

Bought some Nikes online through their store. Was sent some dirty worn and damaged shoes, contacted them and got a rude reply with no offer to help except for me to pay for shipping and return them. This is how they arrived “fresh” out of the box.

Great range of clothes, hats and shoes. Service was A grade. Fantastic rewards system for repeat customers. Highly recommend, you will find shoes here that just aren't available at other shoe stores

Came here when I was on holiday, awesome apparel as well as staff, although after purchasing a $120 jacket I returned home to find there was tearing and unrecoverable marks on the jacket, I set off to return it the next day, once I returned it for another, I found it having green marks on the hood and faulty hardware although I was very well helped out by Raniera who refunded me and was tons of help

Great staff and great products - I was looking for a hoodie in a size that was sold out everywhere and found it at Trainers for a very good price! The staff were super responsive when the couriers messed up delivery and fixed the issue in 24hrs.

The young islander lad who served us today was really welcoming. We were impressed by the professional customer service and extensive brand knowledge he had. An asset to your business!

Great little shop with some cool caps and shoes/clothes. Guy that works there with the longer hair is great.knows his stuff about different caps.

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter.
Two weeks later they didn’t show up - apparently I find out a month later the courier company lost my package. Ring the store 6 times chasing my refund - got the run around over and over and over again. It took two months to get my money back and a lot of time wasted on the phone. Ridiculous. Waste of time.

Cause it is my Sons shop and has awesome brands super good opening times and awesome stuff in it
