John, Anthony and Andrew are always great for advice, super competitive on price, the customer service is second to none we don't shop anywhere else.

Andrew you are Amazing and Possess Awesome Knowledge as well as Excellent Customer Sales and Service Skills both in person and over the phone. Powerful Products to choose from and you Explained in Detail how to use. Being the Future Mother-in-Law to a Tradie I had no idea what to get my Daughter and her Tradie Partner for a travelling gift as they have almost a Makita Shop in their Garage. I purchased a Great Quality Product at a Great Price.

There is some brilliant customer service training in Trade tools!
Each time I visit Trade tools the service desk is busy with helpful and happy staff! One particular sales staff member "Andrew" thank you! Extremely helpful and enthusiastic, nothing was too much trouble. Andrew sorted a pickup order with honest advice a smile! Refreshing to see great customer service so appreciated! THANK YOU!

Great service and advice from Anthony on all occasions I have purchased products ranging from Milwaukee products to the big boy Loncin 12 kva generator.

Been in a couple of times recently the service and advice is always 1st class and the pricing is very competitive.

I asked them to stay open for an extra 5 minutes because I needed some tools to finish a job, and they stayed open just for me. They were also a great help in getting the right tools for me

Grate store all staff are fantastic especially anthony and camren they always go above and beyond

Andrew needs to watch out how he speek to Coustomers when negotiating a deal for $900 plus sale it’s not what he said it’s how he said it I left half of what I was going to buy because of way he spoke to me

When i needed a speciality drill bit on closing time, the guys stayed back to help me out.top blokes.got my car running

The staff members were all very knowledgeable, went out of their way to find the correct products (at the best prices possible) for the job I needed to do and even helped me load my car. Considering I drive a mini the guys did a stellar effort helping me fit an air compressor and my other purchases into the vehicle. I’ve found my new favourite tool supplier in the southern Brisbane area and will be using them for my tooling needs from now on. Can’t recommend highly enough

The team at trade tools has great service and advice. And they threw in a free makita 18 volt battery.

I've been going to Trade Tools for about 30 years, ever since they started at that little shop in Slacks Creek, best tool shop in the country!

I had never been to a Trade Tools before but went to the new store in Browns Plains. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, the store was clean and tidy and there was lots to see. Will be going back!

Went down to grab some new tools and RJ was more than happy to help me find what I needed and went the extra mile

Let me just say that I have had some very mixed feelings about Trade Tools, had damaged goods than was easily replaced but pieces were missing from the replaced kit and trying to prove that parts were missing was hard as anyone could just lie.dealing with managers that did not care and what not was not an fun experience.

But in the space of 10 mins, RJ from Browns Plains has made me go from almost hating the company to being the only place (and person) I will go back too in the future. So super helpful, so nice and actually listened to the problem I had and solved it in a heart beat.

If anyone actually reads this and goes into the store, ask for RJ and you will be looked after and Trade Tools. If you give little bonus' on reviews I strongly recommend giving him a lil something something
