Every time I go and see the crew in Burleigh Heads I get fantastic service - Thank you. The other day Nathan arranged with Steve to custom make a tool to fit my unusual vacuum sander so that we could replace the damaged head unit. The willingness to help all the time is much appreciated.

The service I received from Nathan when purchasing a makita lawn mower and whipper snipper was fantastic. He helped me assemble, assisting with a redeeming promotion and helped me get the stuff in my vehicle. Highly recommend using these guys

Fantastic service from this store, They help you out with out of stock sale items. I ended up buying 2 toolbox when it came in. They even load it in the vehicle, so you don't lift a finger.

We travel from tweed area to Burleigh because the guys there know their stuff. They are extremely helpful and are genuinely interested in what you are making. They gave advice, shared tips and even price matched a competitor, who we originally had a large order with but they failed to complete our 1 hour click and collect. Kind of grateful now as we found Trade tools at Burleigh heads.

Had a hiccup with a Redemption the guys at both Burleigh and Nerang got on it had it the next day! Thumbs up Burleigh Boys!

Great experience down at TradeTools Burleigh. In particular I’d like to shine a light on the impeccable service I received from Robbie, he was a huge help and a great salesman. Though he did ask me to come check out the bins outside which I thought was odd.

I called in a hurry to get a nail gun and was 3 minutes away, from the phone call to me arriving they were waiting for me as I walked in. I was in and out in 2 minutes that's what I call service. I can definitely recommend these guys for whatever you need in tools at a great price. I have been using Trade Tools for many years for a good reason and will continue to, they have great prices and fantastic service with staff that know what they are talking about. Soooooo much better than Sydney tools. Do your self a drop in and see the the guys.

Shopped here once. Received awesome customer service. No fuss + they had a saw blade that no other place stocked. I came here last and really I should have came here first.

Trade Tools Burleigh is awesome the team are so friendly and will bend over backwards to help you with your every needs I went in today Saturday 28th August to say hello and get a working gun and some blades for my work knife as I was leaving I was called back by one of the staff memebers and I received a Festool backpack with some merchandise inside thank you so much guys love your work

Trade tools staff at Burleigh/Varsity really know their stuff, special mention to young lady with elvis style glasses, and young lady with side cut hairstyle. VERY VERY Impressed with both of these ladies and their customer service. Also the 2 guys there, completed this absolutely A grade team. Cannot recommend these guys more highly.

I must say Trade Tools the service was excellent Opal make a special mention of a female salesperson that helped me today and she was extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful and she made extra effort to help me with all of my questions and what I needed and what I feel was a very sincere advice and service this staff member was call blonde hair and glasses and again a special thank you in mention to this
