Have all the tools but the best thing is brilliant staff team with great attitude and bend over backwards to help. They don't treat you like a fool for asking dumb questions about tools!

Very happy with service, was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered assistance. Staff collected 3 products for me so I didnt need to walk around the large store to try find them.

Had a saw in for repair, wrong head ordered/ sent. Had to wait weeks longer. Got it back only to find bolts missing from mounting assembly. Told that I'll have to drop it off again to be "assessed". I'll never purchase another tool from these guys again!

Very large store, large diverse range of stock, many industrial equipment items. Friendly and professional staff who loved their work and gave great service. Thankyou to the Nambour staff.

Perhaps the best team I've experienced in a hardware store, the customer to staff ratio is so that I've always managed to get service. Everything I needed was in stock and they even helped deliver some items too large for my vehicle.

Purchased a Renegade Industrial 180mm Backing Pad 14 x 2mm Arbor Chinese made rubbish and dangerous these backing pads fragment and are unbalanced.the counter sales staff are a cheeky know all bunch of Whipper Snappers stating “you using the backing pad incorrectly do they have trade qualifications? I do!

Great staff that often offer assistance and know what they are talking about. But it is frustrating that the majority of their stock does not have a price tag.

Trade Tools has a great range of brands on display and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for advice on whipper snippers and pole saws. The guy behind the counter had personally used all of the brands on display and talked me through the pros and cons.
