I’ve had great service recently with 5 visits in the last 2 months or so. I can’t fault them. Over and above service on most occasions. Even helped me avoid a power tool being sent away by a quick on-site repair.

Easily the best and friendliest tool shop I've ever visited. These guys are genuinely interested in helping and you really get the feeling that they are enthusiastic about their work.

I had an issue with an air compressor and Dan in particular was an absolute hero for me. He did not give up until the issue was completely resolved. Way out of what he had to do.

I really think there is a big point of difference compared to all the other big tool shops.

Hugely recommended - don't bother going anywhere else.

Spending 100$ for Trash welding helmet

It was broken after only three weeks of purchase, and no refund was given. I always Explained but the manager keep saying is your problem and the attitude was not friendly.

The boys at trade tools are awesome been going at a 1st year and now 4 years out still go to the same shop at Springwood they help out with what you need and more!

Bought a set of Ego pole hedge trimmer and lawn edger. A very good deal from Tradetools and customer services rep Brendan is very responsive and helpful.

Only gripe is the choose of Startrack who, despite multiple attempts to resolve the delivery in various ways by both the seller and myself, were unable to deliver in 3 weeks' time. I ended up driving 50km each way to the depot to pick up the item.

Be mindful of the courier if you have experienced any problem with Startrack in your area.

Awesome staff at springwood trade tools. Ive been there a few times now and been served by different members of staff, so far all have been friendly and helpful

Great range, reasonable prices, friendly helpful staff. Spent $2000 so they gave me a free battery.

This store has a great group working at it and I always get good service.
I gave the other tool mob a go a few times and let's just say they lived up to their name.

Great service great knowledge they are happy to help with anything. And if they don't have it they will chase it up. It's a happy invirement when you walk in.

A bunch of champions! Every time I've been there I've been helped by someone who knows there stuff. Just had an issue with my welder and they jumped on it. I was kept up too date through out this process and picked it up today. Thanks heaps, and i recommend this shop to anyone.

Awesome staff, was left waiting for confirmation of an online deal in the store. They threw in the deal and added a few extras for the wait. Will be buying my stuff there just out of principal in future.

Before Christmas 2017 I came in to purchase some equipment for my art project. I had no idea or knowledge of the equipment or how it operates. The gentlemen who approached me at the counter was very helpful and explained everything. When I returned to purchase the products another gentlemen took me through the function of the compressor, and the use of the staple gun. There was a lot to remember, but this gentle was patient, explained everything well and told me about the safety. After taking all the stuff home, the compressor did not work as I lacked understanding on how it worked, I returned the product back to the shop, and another gentlemen gave my son and I a demonstration on how the compressor works. I would like to thank the men who helped me, to purchase the right product which would be suitable for my project, for always being helpful, always giving your best in making sure customer service was 100% satisfied. I would recommend any person to shop at this store. Thank you for an awesome customer service.
