Went in and saw Jay. He was very welcoming and kind and made he feel very very warm inside. Also got a socket, tool was good too I guess

We have a few of the HD500 Petrol compressors that we use for every day work. We had a little issue with one of the hot pipes leaking from the flange this morning and Chris had us sorted and operational again in no time with some spare parts. Great after sales support.

I purchased a drill press today at my local TradeTools store. Unfortunately the incorrect product was loaded into my car. Rang the store to explain the situation. The sales person was extremely apologetic for the oversight and arranged for a replacement by having the exchange delivered to me the same day. GREAT SERVICE TRADE TOOLS CABOOLTURE. It reminds my why I choose to shop exclusively with your store.

Staff well verse in their craft of knowledge of their products, very helpful and even help carry my stuff to my truck, will be back might not leave lol, picture of what I brought, wife is happy cause I was able to put up the barn door in our bedroom

Good prices, having everything i need as a mobile plant mechanic and having all my receipts on my tradetools account makes tax time easy, also super friendly staff thats able to help you out and near by when i need stuff.
And the renegade product line is actually decent tooling and the workshop keep some in it from floor jacks, airlines to sockets and it last along time:)

The team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very down to earth.
Clean and tidy shop with loads of stock! Just good old fashioned service.
My renegade belt sander hasn't skipped a beat. Many more projects to come.

I have been in the Building game for 49 years, I LOVE my tools, and have some very specialised diverse gear.

I retired in NSW, and moved to Bribie, 4 weeks ago.

I was searching for a supplier of a 5 litre container of Lanox MX4.

I called Trade Tools Caboolture yesterday, and spoke with a salesman named Cameron, who efficiently checked their stock and confirmed they had plenty in stock.

Today (31.7.21) I went to the Caboolture store, which was my first day ever in Trade Tools.

I was greeted with a smile, and asked if I needed any help as soon as I walked into their amazing store.

I did a detailed walk around of the entire store for 20 minutes.

WOW WOW WOW!

WHAT AN AWESOME DIVERSITY OF VERY COMPETETIVELY PRICED STOCK.

Cameron's attentive service and pleasant demeanour, was also applicable to the other sales guys working there today.

The stores vibe was a pleasant change from many other well known mega Tool stores, who don't give a sh.t!

There was all the standard tools and equipment, and then there was a huge amount of specialised gear for all sorts of sub trades, at very competetive prices.

I Ended up buying a lot of gear for my new home workshop.

I highly recommend TRADE TOOLS.

I was served by Lachlan this Wednesday when I wanted to buy a compressor, and later this Saturday to buy two staple guns. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (I take my time to decide: D). I was very happy with the service i received, and I'll be make sure to be back when I run out of staples. Thanks! Rang the Cabooltue store and spoke to a guy by the name of Dave. Answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on choosing a air compressor. Drove over a couple of hours later. Walked up to the counter and was acknowledged immediately. It was Dave, he immediately remembered the earlier conversation. Took me around to see the compressor, processed the paperwork, loaded the compressor into my car, gave me some tips on maintenance. Great customer service and a smooth sale transaction.
Highly recommend.

I came here after receiving poor service at the brendale store. And I had some of the best customer service I've ever had. The gentleman that helped me. I think his name was Chris? He was very helpful and understood that I didn't need the most expensive drill on the self. Sold me a ripper of a drill. Used it for the first time tonight and was very impressed. I highly recommend this store.

All I can say is good things. Nice clean store staff treat you with respect and are welcoming.
I had Richard serve me yesterday and wow!
with his knowledge on the products (which was mind blowing- he is a walking text book) and his easy going attitude not to mention he will bend over backwards to ensure you get the right products for your specific needs and he gave me plenty of his time to go thru things, explain differences in products etc etc.
I believe he is a huge credit to this store and I can only highly recommend people drop in and check it out and if you get Richard I can tell you he will give you the best customer service possible.

Received some quality customer service from the boys down here the other day. They listened and sold me exactly what I needed. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive thing on the shelf. They took the time and got me what I needed. Cheers boys
