Bought a fairly large air compressor in store and the nice man I think his name started with 'D' and had a NZ accent helped me wheel it out, put CARDBOARD down on my sedan's back seats, CUT A HOLE through the cardboard, picked up the compressor and set it in the back then attached a seatbelt. Never have I been treated like this, he went above and beyond. Thank you so much for helping a young women who can't lift heavy items but still wants to pursue a hobby with big boy tools. Thank you for explaining which compressor to buy and not talking down to me like many other popular hardware tool stores have. Thank YOU!

Just want to give shoutout to Dan in the workshop amd management for going out of their way to get this sorted. I brought in my line trimmer as was faulty for warranty claim. Milwaukee approved the replacement. The 4 x 6ah batteries were not even though the tool is what damaged them. He wasn't happy with that so Trade Tools replaced them for me without hesitation. Thanks for the great customer service

I just came there to buy some material. They really are experts ready to give you valuable advises. Sorry but Bunnings does not offer that.

Had to buy a step ladder only 2 brands so I got the Renegade brand a lot cheaper than Gorilla ladders

I recently visited this store seeking advice about cordless battery operated garden tools and home tools. I received very helpful guidance from Carlos who guided me in my decision making. His advice was spot on. I had to return a couple of times to the store to get advice about some of the tool connections, and again, Carlos was most helpful and patient. Likewise, Jarrod was patient and helpful with me guiding me with further purchases, and assisted me in carrying things out to my car, as I had a bit to carry. I highly recommend Trade Tools Archerfield and the helpful, pleasant staff there.

Carlos in Trade Tools is amazing guy to help customer. I went to get parts for trimmer and he explained all I need and made me learn how to use the equipment properly. He indicated that a new product of the same is available to make work easier. Daya

Cheaper than the other to near by trade outlets. They service and repair most top brand power tools.

Wanted to purchase a Renegade brand spare part and they wanted serial/model number even though they had the same unit in stock

What a great place to get your tools.
Very friendly staff and happy to find just what you want and how you want it.

Had an issue with a Dewalt saw that was out of warranty. Called the store to discuss options for getting it repaired. Spoke with Sam, who personally followed up with Dewalt, and got me a brand new saw. Sam was professional, polite and communication was excellent.

Very highly recommended.

NO ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Firstly the good: Easy purchasing online with great website experience. Delivered renegade compressor as paid for the next day. Ordered 10pm the night before.

Secondly The Bad: delivery cost is huge compared with other couriers. $143 and the driver wouldn’t help one iota to put it inside shed.
Worst part was that there are NO ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS inside the box. What sort of manufacture doesn’t supply instructions? For a company building compressors for so many years why is it that they don’t? Pathetic!

Long drive to find bit advertised for good price on web page, no stock in any of their stores, and no other brands of the same size. Went hom empty handed

Extremely rude customer service. One of the counter boy named josh give me a hard stare and extremely rude reply when I asked him something. It seems like this type of service is common in this ghost shed. They always had more employee than customers and bad customer service. The trade tool in springfield has a much better attitude.

Didn't really test them. Bought a common item at the right price and the service was friendly. What more can you ask?
