Awesome selection of tools for everything you need, and many for things you might need and a few that are just nice to have in case

These guys are a Metabo service centre. My drop-saw blew up and these guys really looked after me and fixed under warranty. Really very much appreciated. Also great tool store. All the good stuff and really helpful staff.

Nearly always has stock at least for items i am purchasing anyways. Knowledgeable staff, no fuss returns, good warranty for their own branded tools, of which i am a fan and have only ever had a problem with 1 tool, a plunge router and they refunded me no problems, only issue i have is that i see in the last say 24 months or so they must have certain corporate arrangements whereby they have only 1 particular brand other than their own brand for certain things, which again is not so bad but you can see that is becomming more prevalent so i hope that doesnt become to much as time goes on. But in saying that it hasn't affected the stuff i have been purchasing as of yet and hasent stopped it being my go to first option when going to buy tools.
Side note their finishing and brad nails aren't a fan of my pasload or bea nailguns so i steer clear of those also

7.30am quiet, two staff at counter one ran away.other one turns back continues opening box. I politly waited.they definatly knew I was there.gave 40 seconds.quietly left.
Been there before counter guy laughed and told me I shouldnt have bought such a cheap sawsill (blades unavailable). Other customers laughing along. I immediatly bought a new top range sawsill.guess where I didnt buy it

Fantastic team, service is amazing and as other reviews mention, they take the time to work with you on the best outcome for you. I must say this isn't the only trade tools store that has this level of quality service, it's just my local and as far as I'm concerned there isn't another tool shop that comes close in the area.

Called to enquire about a price of a service of a lawnmower and got a lovely staff member. She explained that certain brands are not sold at that store and the cost could be great and was even helpful at suggestions. Definitely will be back to buy something eventually!

These guys were really helpful, I couldn't get the head off my electric EGO whipper sniper. They were not able to either. But I appreciated them trying. Make sure you log your purchases on their computer. I'm off to find my receipt!

The major difference between tgis store and either bunnings or total tools is the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. When you shop here you get years of real life experience and advice, not just a price tag and you're out the door. They probably could improve their returns and warranty policies but overall a first class place.

Very helpful team at this store, always give us a good price and hold plenty of stock.

Excellent Team who lead me though a selection of tools️ that took over two hours and equated to over a thousand dollars.

They answered of all of my questions often more than once.

10/10 will be going when I inevitably need to expand on my collection?

Been shopping here on and off for a few years. Good range and mostly competitive pricing. Prompted to do a review as I went in yesterday with a slightly out of left field request. They searched for what I wanted, and explored all possible alternatives, hence burnt a bit of their time. Though they couldn't help me out on this occasion, but at least offered up an alternative supplier close by. Most businesses obviously wouldn't. Getting this sort of service is what will keep me going back. Thanks team.

I had the chance to buy a couple of power tools and some other spare parts, at this store and was served by Mark, who guided me to navigate through the store and answered all of my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

The store itself is well stocked and have a variety of good quality tools and parts. Will come back.

I purchased a chainsaw from this store. It was a cheap Chinese model. So my bad, for not buying quality. I left a fair review on the TradeTools website warning prospective buyers of the poor quality, but it was not published. So I posted another one, same result. I then contacted their head office to ask why my review was not published. They did not respond.

Come on guys, you have lots of great products, there is no harm in customers posting bad review for some of the items you stock. By censoring reviews, you appear dishonest and it is hard to trust dishonest companies.

Been purchasing gear here for years, very knowledgable, friendly and super helpful. Had an issue recently where I had purchased a Renegade Parts Washer. Box of bits was missing some of the bits.no issue, contacted the guys had me with the parts within 48 hours. Super customer service, no drama, just a solution to get me sorted. They didn't even ask for a receipt, just fixed me up, no questions asked. This is why I would go nowhere else.ever.

I swapped a ratchet that had stopped working after many hours of use. Ben was fast and efficient and exchanged the tool free of charge. Now that is what I call honouring your warranty. Thanks. We will be back.

I recently dropped my milwaukee hammer drill into their store, for their service department to take a look at, as I was noticing an issue with it. Drill parts and issues with power tools is an area that I have very little knowledge about, so I guess you could say that I'm somewhat vulnerable in this area.
I received a call from one of their employees (Josh) to say they that they had identified the problem. I have to say that I'm not only thankful for the prompt service (which cost minimal), but Josh was very informative, honest and took the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to visit the store and always stocked with everything you could need.
