So the nicest staff, I purchased a gift for my grandson for Christmas the Capalaba store is a four drive from me, I rang and asked if they would put a hold on it until the 8th of December, no problem I picked it up on the day even got a discount. Christmas.he opens it to find it was broken, very rough handling I’d say as the box was in perfect condition, rang Capalaba and spoke to Zac not a worry in replacing it at the Toowoomba store, rang and spoke to Craig just bring it in and I’ll fix it up for you he said, many thanks to Trade Tools Staff you are a great bunch

Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
For a store half the size of most of the other tool shops in toowoomba they somehow manage to have a better range of items, better quality gear, cheaper prices and always have exactly what you need. Always my first choice and often my last for tool shopping.

Went into Sydney tool's with a faulty laser bought from them and told its not worth fixing and given an address to work it out myself.
Trade Tools took it and told me no problems we'll sort it. I won't go anywhere else for my tools again.

One of the bigger tool shops for tradies. Covering most blue collar trades. Has a good range of well known premium brands and also their own Renegade and Force brand that really are suitable for trade use. Good service, product knowledge and prices. Carpark is a little tight and showroom is dated. Still five stars.

We buy most of our tools from these guys. They know their stuff and sell a wide range of tools with a fair range of quality to suit most peoples budget.
Best part about these guys is that they're repair agents for most of the big electric tool brands. This makes for a very big turn around!
