Extremely rude customer service.
I rang to order a product that I had viewed in another store. I thought I would buy locally but will now travel back to the original store in Brisbane. The man on the phone told me to order online. I have him a product code and he said what do you want me to do with that. I’m sick of poor customer service.

Bad phone manners from both of the people I spoke to. Not much knowledge from the first bloke I spoke to. No stock on wearable parts for good quality flickmixer

Was looking online for a bathroom vanity mixer that didn't cost the earth & I found 1 for over 75% off.
Don't get deals like that too often.
