Always a pleasure, great range of toys for all ages even me, great friendly staff& service.

Toys are lined up in a crowded space.
I was overwhelmed with the feeling that I had come to a foreign toy store. It was a little more expensive than supermarkets like Kmart.

It has good range of model kits and other toys and accessories of seltrex car racing kits like bathurst 500 and formula 1 car racing kit

Corrine B served me at my local Cairns store not only did she find item for me she bought it back to register. Thankyou Carrine lively service with a smile

Love this place, I spend wayy to much on logos but that's because there's such a good selection

Most prices were 2 to 4 times the current market rate. Almost void of people except for the excessive staff. It's not their fault tho, it's just a shame that retail is so dead in many areas, undercut by online sales. Will the wonders of toy stores be lost soon As Cat Stevens said "Where will the children play".

The staff bend over backwards to help an absolute pleasure to shop the lady that served us went out of her way to help A big thank you the children loved the koala bears

I recently visited Toyworld Cairns and was a bit disappointed with the prices of the items. Many of the items seemed to be marked up by at least $10 compared to what I could find elsewhere. Despite this, the store was convenient as it had a wide selection of toys all in one spot. The staff was also helpful and friendly. Overall, I would give Toyworld Cairns 3 stars.

In store have been friendly in the past. Good stock and a website that actually works (unlike Myer and Big W on many occasions).

I purchased a nice game as a birthday present for the child more than 6 weeks ago that did not arrive in due time. I have been trying to get a refund since that time. Unfortunately still- no money or present. Igor

Outstanding customer service today from one of the Ladies at Toy World Cairns. My ASD/ADHD son was having sensory overload trying to choose something from their extensive range of toys and gadgets and the lady who helped my son today was fantastic. I'm so sorry I forgot your name but the J boy with the Gravitrax is so happy with his purchase and thankful for your help

Good variety of toys for every age. So great to finally get a toy shop back in Cairns for all those toys you can't get at department stores!

God Dam, I love this place! Great for me and the grandchildren to go shopping. Customer service is spot on. Large selection of lego products which we love to build together.

No wonder they were not around for so long g at the prices they sell they won't last long

Such a fun and exciting store, feels like a old toy store where everything seems special! Staff super friendly and helpful, after pay available and variety for all ages.

Really disappointing Christmas purchase, an expensive Brio train set was missing 5 pieces out of 12. Staff recommended I contact the manufacturer or leave the set with them to contact the manufacturer, and were unable/unwilling to offer a replacement/substitute for the missing pieces in store, despite having similar stock to the missing pieces on the shelves. If you purchase from this store I would advise insisting on checking the brio sets before leaving.

My daughter had a blast. It's fun to go to a toy shop with little ones. The staff are all so friendly and kid oriented and engagred with my 3 year old which I appreciated. The staff I found also verry knowledgeable and had some good ideas for bday and Christmas. I do feel it can be over priced like the wooden doll house furniture is selling at $30 when you can get almost the same for $9 at Kmart. The range is huge and you can find things here kmart and target don't have which is good too.

Love the new store. Great range of stock that's well laid out. Prices are good and staff are very friendly and helpful.
