I had a startup issue with my girlfriends laptop, as it was flooded with some viruses. It was fixed within the day, I highly recommend and vouch this company.

Making appointment was efficient and easy. The IT fella was on time, in fact asked if the appointment could be brought forward, fine by me. IT guru was pleasant and easy going. IT Guru had trouble linking 5 WIFI extenders to the Router. I was able to complete the task the next day in 30 mins. Smart TV, older model but Smart TV none the less, IT Guru set up still has difficulty connecting to WIFI, might be an issue with distance to Router, but phone and tablet have no difficulties from same location.

Ross was very helpful, going above and beyond to help me out with my laptop. I had it back to him a few times as the hard drive was failing and he replaced it for me with one he had spare. Absolutely top service and a great price!
