I just want to give a shoutout to Ben Clarke. This guy gave the best customer service I've ever had. He called me to let me know the item I had was out of stock, but he had already organised a quality alternative at no extra cost. He actually read my order note and arranged a suitable delivery time for me. This guy is gold.

I got a text message at 6: 45 am to say my washing machine was 13 minutes away.i was outside in less than 2 minutes & the washing machine was already at my door.this is just poor service.i don't appreciate being woken up this early.not impressed at all

I was very ably assisted by Janet Mose instore in my endeavours to purchase a new washing machine whilst taking advantage of the Qld energy scheme rebate. Janet is a walking encyclopedia on washing machines, their availability from distributors and is up to speed on Qld Govt grants/rebates. I was successful in my purchase and rebate application thanks entirely to Janet. Marvellous, efficient, friendly service from this store. Very satisfied.

Fantastic service. I bought a fridge and had very specific delivery requirements - I was flying in on a specific day, but depending on how disrupted the flights were because of school holidays I may not have actually been home on that day, so I really wanted the fridge on that day or early the next. Janet took the time to listen to my request, contacted the delivery driver to see if my request was possible, then rang me back to relay the results of the conversation with the delivery driver. Very happy with the result! Not only that, but I got a really good price on the fridge. Can HIGHLY recommend this store!

So far not a good experience.
The loungesuite 15 months old (with a 5 yr guaranty) is not worth it. Got my loungesuite back today. I will never recommend buying a lounge suite from this company. Communication was terrible only did a GOOD WILL repair on 1 of the arms not on the seat which droops on the right. Was told cardboard in armrests. Extended fabric waranty not worth the money. Would never buy anything from them again

Store assisted with selection of refrigerator, listened to what type of appliance needed etc, and answered all queries and questions.
Fridge delivered same day, installed - old fridge removed.

Good range. Staff are variable (and I feel for them working retail) prices can be competative but usually stay aligned to the other retailers locally.

Ben was a great representative of the company, firstly in dealing with me over the phone, and then selling me the product that I wanted. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I purchased a Sharp Convection Microwave oven. Great service

I have purchased all white goods from Betta from Mt Isa, Coffs Habour and now Townsville for over a decade. My first experience in the Isa the fridge beat us home as local owner said we'll get it to you now. I got Garry Thyers to measure fit and install in my small unit, best decision I made.

When in store we had to sit on the couch until someone served us. Got the couch delivered, no notice they were coming, they advised it would be set up and protection layer applied. It was unpacked from the boxes and dumped on our living room. No instructions on setting up on protection layer. First and last time customer.

Once again Gary and his team have been able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic service.
