Totally Workwear Townsville

In a city where work wear shops are literally everywhere, these guys are a definite stand out. Staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to offer help. The shop also has a very large selection of products available. Highly recommended.

My husband has just been in to try some different brands for sizing. The girl we had was helpful. She went to get some extra information and The lady she bought back was quite short with us when she found out we were there for sizing / not purchasing. We have purchased uniforms and such for over 12 years from this company but todays non form of customer service has unfortunately soured our experience. We won’t be back.

The two young staff I dealt with were great! I was chasing a new pair of work boots and despite it being close to closing they took the time to ensure I got a good fit. I’ve since done a lot of walking in those boots and they are terrific.

I just cannot believe one shop can get so much wrong. 1st time I left in disgust because the staff were so rude! When I finally got my order in it was the wrong sleeves, this could be partly my fault, its the type of place where everything needs to be double checked. The order took 3 months!

Excellent place to go for most of your work wear, yes you probably can buy it cheaper at other places but that involves a lot of running around to different places, I would rather get it all in one place at the same time, all the clothing I have purchased here has always been good quality and lasted a long time, unless they didn't stock it I would not shop anywhere else for my work stuff, always good service to.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Had a good selection of sizes of scrubs, seemed to have a fair variety of other workwear too. Changing rooms are clean and a good size. Parking (free) just outside.

Went into this store and they were very helpful. I tried on uniforms and boots. Got a quote printed out and also sent to my email. They even had Afterpay which I did not know. Handy!

Staff were friendly & helpful. They also gave me a chair whilst my hubby took his time deciding on comfy, black shoes for Security work!

The store is set out in a way that can be easily navigated. We were greeted as soon as we walk through the door by a lady who talked us through the type of shoe options ny partner had. She also put it behind the counter for us to check out after we finished having a look around.

Super helpful and friendly staff means u are always able too find everything you need whether ur just restocking or getting urself setup with wirkwear for your new job.

Totally Workwear delivered an amazing product & at cheaper prices than companies in Syd/Melb & overseas that quoted for the same job. Great team to work with, excellent turnaround time. Look forward to working with them again.
