Not a bad store. Friendly staff are awesome.
Prices are hit and miss. Some items at regular price are cheaper than normal whilst others.very much not as cheap as they could be. Whilst we were disappointed by the range, the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding if our needs.

Will definitely be buying workwear from here again

Came in today to get some new work boots. Leanne spent an hour with us trying on different boots to make sure we got the right ones. Customer service is fantastic!

Didn't have any pants in stock that I needed. The customer service was poor. Wasn't approached, no smiles, no above and beyond moments. I felt judged. Also took way more than 14 days to recieve my pants when they told me it would be within 14 days. I had to call to ask if my pants were ready.bit disappointed.

Stocks seem plentiful, but delays are really long should your size not be available. Embroidery is done timelessly though, so those delays are acceptable.

The staff here are always extremely friendly and happy to help. We recently purchased uniforms and had a small issue with embroidery. This was resolved promptly and extremely professionally - a true test of customer service. Highly recommend!

Very rude service one girl walked away from the counter as we walked up to pay and another girl served us and we got the feeling that she didn't want to.
And as we walked out the first girl walked back to the service desk.

Great quality work gear, great range, competitive pricing but best of all great customer service. Great customer experience and well done April from the customer service team who took the time and effort to make sure I was happy with with my purchases of work boots, workwear and safety equipment.

Throughout the whole of Covoid 19 stock availability has been great given the circumstances and ordering times which normally are 7 to 10 business days may take alittle longer but the personal one on one customer service is always great. Shopping locally and supporting local businesses is what it is all about during these strange times of Covoid and the world we live in. Keep it local I say. Great work team.

I've just left the store for the second time in a fortnight after walking in with a need for different Workwear items. It's only taken 15 minutes to describe what I needed, try stuff on, make my decision and pay for it. Customer service, range and price has been incredible and after expericing other similar stores I'm thinking maybe I should just buy all my clothing here. Carolyn is the greatest! She actually listens to what you say you need and has the knowledge to make recommendations first time that are exactly what you wanted. In future any workwear items for my partner or self will be bought here, cannot praise Carolyn or the store enough!

They have great people working here, i needed help with every item i needed and the lady who helped me was patient, polite, and always smiling. Great quality clothing, shoes, and many other things.
