The customer service here was exceptional. Would definitely come back here. My partner and I came here on Sunday morning and was served by Caroline. She was extremely nice and helpful. She asked straight away if we were looking for something and assisted to look up other sizes if we couldn't find any in the size we wanted. Good experience here.keep up the great work!

This store is NOT recommended. Prices are confusing with same code on it and shirts in wrong locations not tagged properly. BUT the worse of it is the staff. 1 with no knowledge then main lady rudely served someone else beforehand. Back n forth kept waiting for over 20min. You have just lost a major company account with 2 kinds of shirts jackets etc and ongoing 70 +

Stopped in here on the spur of the moment just recently on a Saturday lunchtime. Was greeted by a young male and female serving at the counter.being a work wear place I was a little unsure what I was going to expect from these two younger staff members.they were both brilliant. Great customer service and great product knowledge. Awesome having the female staff member as my wife was buy some work trousers for garden work, female staff member was great in selecting sizes and offering ranges and pros and cons of material and the like. Brought some boots of the guy, again knew his stuff, I am a tradie and these two know the products very well. My go to store now.

Rude Unhelpful staff. Female customer service assistant working 17/12/2021 around 11 am today treated my husband with deplorable unprofessionalism. Absolutely disgusted. They have now lost a long term and loyal customer.

We went this weekend as they had 20% off! The store was so neat and clean, everything was easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful.service with a smile really does make a difference.

Not a happy camper. I tried to get my husband's boots from the North Lakes store but they had run out. They rung Brendale and got a pair put aside for me. I called in at Brendale to collect them and found they charged me $26.60 more than the North Lakes shop. I queried the price and got told "that is what they are here". When I got home I rung the North Lakes shop and was told all shops are franchised and they charge their own prices. Will be shopping at North Lakes from now on. Would have been nice to get a proper explanation from any staff member but got a blunt "thats it" attitude and answer. Oh but I did get the catalogue shoved at me - yeah thanks. Merry Christmas staff members I guess your tired and ready for a break. Hope you come back happy and recharged next year.

Knowledgeable staff member that helped me to select my new boots. Steel Blue Southern Cross Pink Ladies Zip Boots, very comfortable and would recommend them highly. The young lady was very helpful, provided additional information when I asked questions and never at any stage was she pushy or tried to rush me. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

The Brendale shop is tiny compared to the Morayfield shop. They still have a reasonable collection & can order in if the size/colour isn't there. If you want your work wear with a huge range, with everything they stock, & want it then & there, go to the Morayfield store.

They have a wide range of clothing and boots as well as all the accessories to go with them. The staff are friendly and the shop is well presented. I bought Steel Blue boots and they just happen to have my size which was lucky. There was no pushy sales pitch and when I noticed the price difference between the online and store prices the lovely staff where happy to match it for me.
