Huge range of product but unfortunately staff aren’t exactly friendly. I was the only person in the store and they didn’t even want to know me. New to town but will finding somewhere else for our workwear now

We have a large group of employees who have all been kitted out in a relatively short timeframe and to meet our EOFY requirements. Thank you also for the assistance in sourcing, previewing and providing specialised uniforms for one of our smaller teams.

Quality products and personal service. Stocking King Gee, Hard Yakka, Oliver Boots etc, all the greatest hits, everything you need including workwear for all people, boots, high vis, head wear, jocks and even undies!
I wanted boots that were not available in-store but I had seen them on the Totally Workwear website, they ordered them for me but when they arrived were the wrong size. The awesome team resolved the issue without fuss and my new boots arrived within a week. They notify you by text when your order arrives.
I was very impressed with the kind accommodating service and quality of clothing I recieved. I 'totally' recommend this local business to everyone in Ipswich.
Their stock is high end and worth the cost because the investment in quality clothes will survive hard labour in harsh Queensland climate conditions giving you confidence to look and feel good in any role.

Went in store to setup and order new uniforms for my 50+ staff and was ignored by the three staff, not even greeted or acknowledged that i was even in the store. Taking my business elsewhere.

Bought top of the range boots from here that came apart after 6 weeks of use.
Wouldn't replace boots on the spot.
Wanted to send boots back to manufacturer.
Not sure what I was expected to wear to work the following day.
I'll buy my next set elsewhere.

Smelt a bit odd, thought it might be just a certain area of the store but it was everywhere. Great variety of work wear. Helpful customer service and great that it's open on a Sunday where most other stores are closed. Pricing is a bit steep but they had everything I wanted.

Finally found comfortable affordable work shoes. They also had podiatry ones which we've been looking for for a while!
