I also made a later exchange and required a warranty replacement which confirmed that nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

The boots blew out, complete failure, called in to see TWW, the young lady that assisted me was all across the branding, the sizing differences in myself and the brands, the legislational requirements for the standards of what I do for a living and was also really knowledgeable on the comphort levels, whilst she didn’t have in store what I settled on, she rang ahead to the capalaba store to hold my size for me to try out, and with service like that, why go elsewhere. Settled on a pair of king g boots and wasn’t disappointed with her advice, easiest pair to wear in ever.well done. Whilst I forget her name, she knows who she is and well done TWW for hiring staff like that.
