Wow, they are not even finished filling the shelves and the choice is endless, or at least it seems that way. If they don't have it, then I don't think you'll find it. And the staff are more than happy to help you anyway they can. Hell they indulged a crazy old man like me and let me take a photo or two, even modeled in one of them. They have tools I didn't even know existed. Enjoy their new store, it's only about five times or more bigger than the old one on the service road. Get in now for the opening specials. Unless you're reading this in six months from now.

Had an issue with a welder i bought (It happens), took it back and was directed to Emilly for advice, she was awesome to deal with and offered great advice and a great solution, i'll be recommending Emilly at Total Tools Springwood to anyone I talk to who is looking to buy a welding machine, Thank you!

Very unhelpful and rude with tool warranty claim, will not be spending any more money at total tools

I recently went into the springwood store browsing for a new mower and whipper. After doing research online I made an online purchase to collect from the store. Only half the order was ready when I went to collect (even though availability was displayed online, my ideal line cutter being out of stock, and the one I went with displayed as available even though it wasn't). The rest of the order went ahead with mass confusion, partially my fault trying to cancel and reorder the other half of the order as a new sale had started the following week. I got so frustrated I decided to return the whole order. Emily was helpful and understanding and allowed me to return my order without an frustration.

The next day Matt called me determined to resolve the matter. He quickly answered all my questions and concerns, and handled the problems with my order in an incredibly calm and helpful matter. Excellent customer service from Matt! I added more items to my order, the rest of the team were friendly and helpful and gave me first pick of the new sales promo gear. Matt was even kind enough to help me load the mower into my van. My bad store experience quickly turned to a positive one.

All I can say is going forward I'm better off going into the store when making such a large purchase. The staff are friendly and helpful and can do more for you while in the store. Lesson learnt

Great store but don't try calling. Get put on hold for 15/20 minutes every time. I have been in there enough times to know they aren't that busy.

Bent over backwards to help do the redemption deal. Friendly mob. It took six visits over many months to finally get a good deal. Great service.

I don't normally do reviews but I just wanted to say a heartfelt thanks to Alex at Springwood who has helped me with an issue with a Milwaukee sprayer. Stuffups were made on my behalf that made her life a lot more difficult but she worked through and resolved when she probably didn't need to. This was much appreciated and I will continue to be a loyal customer because of her.

Warning. Do not buy Warren & Brown tools form this company or Warren & Brown tourqe wrench. Gave no warranty, used 4 times, gave no warranty when under 2 years old, was in perfect condition.said it was user error (unit was faulty). Poor service and do not care about there customers. Very unsatisfied with it all. Poor quality will never buy again from total tools or Warren & Brown. I have 28 years experience with hand tools on cars and never have I come across this. Found to be faulty when doing a crank bolt up on a $30,000 dollar engine.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly and welcoming service! Staff were helpful and did their best to assist me. As a tradesperson who purchases items frequently, I value good service and prices and Total Tools delivered on that again today!

Ordered my item (Viper Welding Helmet) on Wednesday 19/5/21 and received on Friday 21/5/21 after being told it may take a week or more, very happy bout that. Item is as described.

Great shop with big range of quality products and great stock levels. The store is always clear and clean and the staff are willing to help find what you need. I've found the prices are very competitive and usually cheaper than most places.

Visited Springwood QLD store looking to purchase SPEAR & JACKSON AXE to replace my broken one. There was "NO" AXE's in to store to check out and purchase or sample AXE to check so you know what you buying. Not happy that I traveled to store for nothing, very disappointed!
