Total Tools Rockhampton

Very difficult to find a staff member to assist me and the young guy at the register had no idea about some of the products and if you even stocked items such as copper grease. I ended up finding it on my own and telling him where it was located. Lots of basic tool items out of stock.

Total tools are run by a total tool. Click and collect should be same day order and pick up. Not wait 2 days, then place my order on back order. Products on click and collect should be available at the store I select. If the product is not available, then it should say it is not available, I would then choose something else or place it on back order myself. I have now cancelled my order and I will buy from someone else. I don't care who gets my money as long as I get the product when I require it. I also would have happily changed my item for another brand you actually had available on your shelf, then cancelled the other item you didn't have. The staff were nice but not very knowledgeable.

I really tried to like TT but.their stock is thin on the shelves and their range really isn't what I expected. Sort of "Jack of All Trades, Master of None" approach.

I would like to do a huge shout out to Fletcher at our Total Tools Rockhampton Store. Fletcher went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my partner over the Christmas period he explained the differences between the Mig welders I was looking at purchasing and I also saved money by shopping in store not online. Fletcher also help me with my purchase to my car and wished us a Merry Xmas. His customer service was 10/10. His knowledge on the products 10/10 definitely be shopping at total tools again. Good job Fletcher hope to see you in store again

I had the best customer service today from a young man by the name of Fletcher. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and was super patient when I had an issue with my card. I literally walked out with a smile on my face. He is an absolute asset to your store! Thank you Fletcher:)

Went in to look at the battery wipper snippers, no staff to ask questions, asked at the counter and still no one can, went home and brought one online from elsewhere

I ordered and paid for a changer and battery's a month ago told me it would be a week. Rang up told me they have to ring me back still waiting.

Great products.competitively priced, after purchasing products over some time, staff have continually getting worse and really do not care, have no knowledge, when complaining management never gets back to you

Advertise they will match any competitor deal or promotion EVERY DAY! (They won't and don't). Boxing day sale 'up to 20% off' (except for tools), 1 Day Mega Makita Sale - Mega deals across the entire Makitia range - Kits: Batteries: accessories: More (no of this was true when I went in there this morning). I approached staff and they just don't care to find out. Convenient location, good advertising - poor service, poor experience. Train your staff in Rocky Total tools.

Was only after one item, they don't stock it, but they have placed a special order for it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Staff have no idea on the stock they are selling you can't ask questions about an item as the answer is I don't know always 5 time I've been there always the same the only reason for the star is when something is in stock thats if it's in stock it's cheap

Just jumped price on some of there ladders by 20%. No doubt other products have also jumped. Must be Covid tax.

Went to this store in a promotion they said if ya spent so much you get money back to spent in store. So I went to do just that when I try to use it I was told it wouldn't be valid. So I tried to complain but at total tools no one replies to complaints. So just be careful about giving ya money to big business.there are other tool shops in the area.

First visit here and found it quite rewarding. Will return as there is quite a bit more that has taken my interest. Good parking for most.

Seemed to be lots of empty shelf/ hang space, customer service was un-rateable, not one person ask me if I needed help, maybe there was no one other than counter operators, didn't get my money. Same price as other local businesses on most of the brand name product. Brand selection was rather poor also rather disappointed.
